"Perri, First of all, I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding that has taken place. Indeed, interior structural repair work is a process and extra challenging when an excess of furniture and other things are involved. I want to first address the carpet. We didn't "RIP" up carpets, we disengaged the carpet from the tack strip and rolled it back to allow access for our crew to perform the foam injections. Keep in mind we do this as a courtesy only and we simply relay the carpet back into place upon completion. Our crew members are certified structural repair specialists, not carpet layers or furniture movers. When we move furnishings, we do that as a courtesy and it is the sole responsibility of the homeowner to be available if they would like things moved into specific areas upon completion. In some cases we have homeowners who take advantage of this and attempt to have us re-arrange their entire home free of charge. We will leave these tasks to moving companies and carpet layers that can re-stretch your carpet into place for you. Our project manager was on site every time I personally stopped by to check on the project, 3 times in 2 days. From my recollection, you were at work or away for a large portion of the time during the repair process. Our men are bilingual and do speak English, but they are instructed not to engage with the homeowners, as that is the project manager's responsibility to avoid confusion or delays. Let's add in the positive to this project that you've left out. The first offer of good will on our part was to ensure your air ducts beneath the slab were located to prevent damage or a blockage that would restrict or possibly even ruin your air ducts. This is a $250 expense that we absorbed and some companies do not do this at all, leaving homeowners helpless with a very expensive repair bill towards their AC system, sometimes in excess of $10,000. The second act of good will was when the carpets were rolled back we discovered a massive crack in the slab. I instructed our project manager to go ahead and stitch that crack using re-bar and high strength anchoring epoxy. Again, this is typically an up charge and usually we charge $50-$100 per stitch. If memory serves me correctly, there were approximately 15 stitches installed. Now I could have been as much as a stickler towards you as you appear to have been towards us, but I chose not to do that considering the extent of the repairs and I felt it was fair to allow you a little relief. At the end of the day we do appreciate your business and wish you had a full grasp of the magnitude of what we've done for you and the amount of money we saved you over replacement of your slab. That could have easily cost $40-$50,000 and we did it for less than $10,000. Your stairwell is now back in a stable condition and no longer leaning inward and we are satisfied with the results of our work."
"Thank you, Kenneth. If you need our services or hear of anyone in the future who does then let them know about us!"
"We try to allow a 30-60 minute window for arrival and I apologize if you did not know that. Thank you for your business and if you need anything in the future feel free to give us a call."
"Thank you for the positive feedback! We appreciate your business and if you need anything in the future feel free to give us a call."
"(consumer name withheld per their request) we have been rained out on 2 occasions and you went out of town on the 3rd occasion so yes we have had some weather events that have set your project back. The finish on your patio is a broom finish and is a standard finish for a patio. This isn't like walking on a gravel road with no shoes on, this is a very light broom finish. I've agreed to replace this section for you in good faith, to ensure you are 100% satisfied and I apologize for the delays due to the rain we've had. Your statement that our foreman said it needs to be replaced is inaccurate. I personally offered that to you on a separate occasion. In my opinion the broom finish is fine and acceptable. As a reminder we will not pour concrete on a day when it rains or the afternoon before it storms in the evening. I would be happy to pull the rainfall records and compare those to the dates to the dates we had setup to return and you may find your 0.5 rating is a bit unfair. This isn't Master Lift ignoring you or not agreeing with you so we would appreciate a more accurate account of the situation at hand. We do have a tentative date set for you and you also have my direct cell number should you have any problems in the future. Thank you"

"We appreciate your business and we're glad we were able to save you several thousand dollars by not having to replace your driveway. I looks like the mortar injections worked out real well. If you need anything from us in the future feel free to give us a call!"
"Thank you so much for your feedback Mark! We appreciate your business and look forward to installing your new driveway next spring!"
"Mrs. H I am sorry you feel this way about our company. We did everything we could do for you considering the condition of your home and the age of it. We did clearly explain to you that an attempt to lift the home would be made but that if we felt it was going to cause more damage then we would simply stabilize that particular section of the house to help prevent further movement. You did state that what we couldn't fix you would have you carpenter fix considering you were doing additional cosmetic work. As you stated, we did not lie to you and had you given us another opportunity to meet you we would have walked you through it."
"I want you to know that I don't appreciate you leaving reviews that don't state the facts and entire truth. I came back and made the repairs per your specific requests even after I advised you that your specific requests were incorrect. My mistake was doing as you wish! This is a case where I should have just said no and walked away and now that I've completely refunded your money you still continue to slander my name. I advise you to stop as I have taken pictures of the driveway you claim is cracked down the middle and is not. I will exercise my right of recourse and pursue legal action for slander if you continue making false claims."
"Thank you for the kind remarks and we always serve our clients as if they were family."
