Saimir is professional in every way. He was very dependable throughout this project communicating with me as needed regarding his schedule, paint products, as well as expectations for the project. He takes great pride in his work and aims to please his customers. He willingly came back to touch up areas that were needed and followed through on all my requests. His crew is dependable and friendly as well as seeking to provide quality service and work that complements Saimir. They offered helpful suggestions along the way as well. He finished within the time frame that was given to me and he held true to the original quoted price for the job. I hired Saimir to paint my great room ceiling. After first discussing the project on the phone, he came out in the evening to assess the work done and provide an estimate. Right away, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work, and understood the task at hand. I chose him right away. His communication was excellent checking in on scheduling and discussing the paint needed for the ceiling. And upon starting work he and his associate were very courteous and thorough. They were clean, quick, and did an excellent job on the ceiling Saimir is definitely a master of his craft. I would hire him for further work and would highly recommend him.

The owner stayed behind cleaning up and attending to every last detail, he is exceptional!

Saimir Hoxha and all of his crew were excellent, customer pleasing, courteous, straight forward, and focused on being the most professional they could be and the kind of people they would hire for themselves. Saimir came out and gave a free estimate that impressed me as the most fair price by comparison and the answers to all my questions that included text messaging as well. Saimir agreed to a contract that spelled out all my expectations, as we had agreed to, which included reimbursement for material I had already purchased that he would be able to use. The job included removal of popcorn ceiling in our living room, complete enclosure of the room from dust, fumes or any air contamination that might escape, protection to walls and fixtures, wet removal to minimize mess, repair to ceiling where needed, protective coat to seal the ceiling before painting, and 2 coats of paint creating a smooth surface and a straight line meeting the walls. Rarely do you see a painting company as diligent as Master Painter. All four workers showed up exactly the time they said they would for three consecutive mornings. Saimir and his crew painted and removed wallpaper in 10+ rooms in our Maitland home. They were very careful with furniture removal and cleaned up any accumulated debris. Friendly, professional, honest, and competent: these adjectives describe the owner of Master Painter (Saimir Hoxha). Prices were very fair and the workmanship was beyond excellent.
