John Scarbrough team install A thick Asphalt Shingle on my roof on or about March 2019. Every year the asphalt shingle fall off the first floor bay window roof. I have extra shingles in my shed. Every year John Scarbrough replace the asphalt shingle except this year. I was able to contact him one time three or four weeks ago, and haven't been able to contact him since, with my many efforts. I have no problem paying, I just want my roof repaired.

He needs to be more punctional wiht the job complition. It took more then a year to finihs a minor job.

John Scarbrough was very professional, communicated well, and was easy to work with. He and his crew did a great job for us!

First project was small and completed quickly, so I felt confident doing a second slightly larger project. Second project was bathroom reno project which included bathtub install, tile, vanity light, medicine cabinet and re-stencil on bathroom ceiling. All but the ceiling was done in a few days, but kept getting put off for completion of simple ceiling re-stencil. Job time took three weeks instead of one. Instead of one of the owner I dealt with taking responsibility for project being weeks over schedule blamed his own worker and stated he did not feel rushed to complete because he did not feel I was in a hurry. All work was acceptable in the end but when renovating an entire house one project being several weeks behind was a MAJOR blow to my time and schedule. Was nott just the extra time that was upsetting. Was the nonchalant attitude to a four or at most five day project taking three weeks.

Customer service is outstanding. John answered every time I called and immediately addressed any concerns throughout the entire process. The crew was awesome. Very fast, but very experienced in doing the job right and they worked hard from sunrise to sunset. Cleanup was perfect. Not a single nail found. The experience couldn't have gone any better. These guys know what they're doing.
