They were quick and did an impressive job cleaning up our flooded basement.

Ivan came out and provided an estimate. Upon arrival he was friendly and pleasant. Once the work began he explained the procedure as he did when he came out to provide an estimate. The work was done in a timely manner and they left the property clean of debris from the job. I would use them again.

The Masterpro team had great response time, excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable, provided quality workmanship and were pleasant to work with.

They ALWAYS answered or returned my calls and emails. They assisted in finding the source of the water issue (our neighbor) and provided advice to him as well. I had a "poorly refinished" 730 sq foot area of my basement completely gutted, scrubbed, anti-fungal treatment applied and the exposed cinderblock encapsulated for a reasonable price and done quickly and my basement and my house no longer smell moldy. My townhouse water meter was broken and 38 gallon water ran into my basement and my neighbor’s basement. Mold grew in next couple of days after removed damaged carpet from my basement and neighbor’s basement. I went online and request quote from HomeAdvisor. MasterPro was one of three companies called me right after I submitted the quote. I had all three companies for a free estimate next day. Ivan, the adjuster from MasterPro, went thru inspection with me for both basements and showed me all mold spots and told me how the mold remediation would be conducted. I told him that I would have other companies coming for the estimate. Ivan wanted to get this project. He promised me that he will beat any offer by other companies. I was surprised that after I got all estimates, MasterPro offered lowest estimate among the companies. I picked up MasterPro, not only they offered best estimate, but also they were so polite, honest and detailing. The work started the same day after I hired the company, the technicians from MasterPro were very professional. Mold remediation job took two days and they took away all equipment right after the job done. Master Pro did great job at the lowest price. I was very satisfying their professional service. That’s not all, Ivan sent his contractor companies for carpet replacement estimates. He is very patient and answered my phone call whenever I need him. Finally, I am having Andonian’s Carpet Warehouse for both basements carpet replacement. I definitely recommend MasterPro to anyone who needs disaster recovery service.
