Ray is super Nice and very knowledgeable, he contacted me in advance of showing up on time (actually early) and when I couldn’t be there and it was my wife she let me know that he was extremely nice, courteous, and she felt comfortable to be there without me. He completed the repair in less than an hour and it’s like having a new dryer!!!

The technician could not repair my refrigerator and knew very little about my Kenmore Elite. I still had to pay him $60 dollars just for coming.

"Very sorry I couldn't do the repairs, but the refrigerator needed a new compressor and unfortunately I don't offer that service because of the very expensive special equipment needed to perform the task."

He was able to schedule quickly and arrived on time. He told me that it really did not need to be repaired at this time as it was functioning properly it was just making noise. Gave me the part # and a very reasonable price to install, so all i have to do is call him when we are ready. Basically if the noise gets on our nerves. Highly recommend!
