It's tough to get an appointment as they are booked for months and super busy even forgot to charge my CC, the wait was worth I saved money and got my patio kick places installed last week. I gave them 4 stars as they missed to check 2 gaps which I fixed later no big deal, I am a satisfied customer. I did lot of research before selecting them.

2 men replaced one 6x8 foot section of pool screen as scheduled. After they finished and left, I noticed the screen wire weave was tighter than the original screen weave. Because of the tighter weave in the new screen, it was darker than the adjoining sections of original screen & therefore seeing thru it was not as good as seeing thru the original adjoining screens. They returned 2 days later & replaced it at no additional cost. Moral of the story: check out the new screen weave before installation to ensure it matches your original screen.

After waiting one YEAR, yes one year, we finally got a company, that didn't care how big our project was, - returned call - show up for my appointment, very courteous, great price. I can mentioned two " big companies, with good rating- that never returned calls, one provided estimate a YEAR ago, I called twice and never show up." be careful reading rating sometimes they are not true.

Salesman was very courteous, did not pressure me into redoing the whole enclosure. The laborers made some recommendations about there maybe more screen panels needing repair in near future due to age of the enclosure. Very pleased with the results and will contact them again when needed.
