"We did do a Spring tune-up for Mr. Jd L. on May 31, 2016. Charging $69.00 for the first system and $49.00 for the second, a great value of compared to most HVAC companies here in the Tulsa area. (Our normal dispatch fee for service is $79 for club members and $89 for non- club members which does not include any labor.) At that time Mr. Lowe was advised that there were issues with both systems should be addressed. He declined the repairs on both systems signed the work order that he was declining the recommend work, which we have on file here in our office. If he had had the recommended work done he would have received 30day labor warranty on the work and if he had accepted our offer to become a club member he would have had a one year warranty on both parts and labor. When Mr. L contacted our office he began to yell at our staff using inappropriate language. We normally bend over backwards to satisfy all our customers but once they yell at our staff and hang up on them its pretty much over."
