The plumber, Clint, was personable - got right to work - figured out what to do efficiently - cleaned up after project was completed and offered to do more work if there was any other problems. I was VERY IMPRESSED and liked the way his (Client's) apprentice was being taught - some verbal training and some hands on. I was not present the whole time as I went into another room to get out of the way, but was not requested to do so. - VERY Efficient operation I will do business with you again.

The plumber arrived on time, found a crack in the disposal, waited while I bought a new one at Home Depot, and installed the new disposal all under one hour.

The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is someone was suppose to come to our house between 8am -9am and no one showed up. I called and they had to reschedule it for later in the day. The person said it took longer at another job. That is ok, except someone should have called us to let us know.
