The plumber, Clint, was personable - got right to work - figured out what to do efficiently - cleaned up after project was completed and offered to do more work if there was any other problems. I was VERY IMPRESSED and liked the way his (Client's) apprentice was being taught - some verbal training and some hands on. I was not present the whole time as I went into another room to get out of the way, but was not requested to do so. - VERY Efficient operation I will do business with you again.

The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is someone was suppose to come to our house between 8am -9am and no one showed up. I called and they had to reschedule it for later in the day. The person said it took longer at another job. That is ok, except someone should have called us to let us know.

My appointment was 8-830 am. I called at 910am because no one showed up. They did finally send a nice and competent plumber. I wouldnt recommend them. The plumber was not running late but I believe he was never dispatched. I need a faucet replaced. Ill hire someone else

Charged almost $400 to repair 3 faucet leaks, which I felt was outrageous!!!!

You actually paid only $283.56 out the door for us to furnish & install four new cartridges in faucets at your home, which took 2 hours. That's a fair deal by any standards. Gas Piping
They were very responsive and quickly booked me to install a gas line for a clothes dryer. Upfront about hourly rate, but I was disappointed in how much it eventually cost. To their credit, after I called and voiced my concern, they generously made an adjustment to my bill and refunded me an amount. Strong workmanship and get it done attitude.

They showed up to estimate the job on time, and then again showed up on time do perform the work. It was just a small job. I have had other companies not show up if the size of the job interferred with a larger job, so I am happy with this company.

Very professional. Also gave great advice. At first, I was purchasing many of the materials myself, but quickly saw they have a greater range and knowledge of the materials. Ended up returning toilets and fixtures and then purchasing items through them. Also learned about "look fors" regarding toilets. They are also flexible when scheduling to meet the timelines with other workers
