They came to my house for a shower valve repair. The total time with travel was 1 hour and the cost for all the parts on the internet are under $50 for a S*****s valve repair kit. They charged me $375, OUTRAGEOUS!!!. But the worst was when I called to question the price the owner Cliff was rude and said *We do not get out of our truck for under $225 Is that absurd or what?* Will never use or recommend them.

This is by far the best service that I have ever had!!! My water heater was leaking. I called 4 plumbers, all of them couldn't get here before 3++days. I had used Home Advisor once before for my landscaper with great results. From now on, I will always use Home Advisor!!! Master Tech called me right away. He sent Steve here within 2 hours. I asked when he could replace my water heater. He said that he'd pick up the tank and would be back shortly. He did what he said, (never had that happen before), and did a wonderful job installing my new water heater! My dad was in the heating business years ago and he treated his customers just the way I was treated. I will use Master Tech for all of my Plumbing and Heating needs from now on!!!! Home Advisor worked for me!

Had gas boiler serviced, some clogged up pipes and related fittings replaced, and a new hot water heater installed; Steve from Master Tech did a great job, was excellent in explaining everything up front, and neat and clean in the work he did as well. Will definitely hire again!

This company charges by a menu of services instead of time and materials. It was not explained to me when I was presented with the bill. We were able to work out a amicable agreement on the bill. The company needs to explain their billing method before a job is agreed to not wait until the job is about to be started or finished.

It's unfair to agree to a price, then pay it without discussing your unhappiness, just to go online and give a bad review, without bringing it to our attention."
