I will likely use this company and so far they seem A+.

Mastercraft did a fantastic job on our renovation. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. They were extremely competent and courteous. Their work was well organized and patient. They did not hurry through the job, but made sure that every step of the way was perfect. I highly suggest that if you are planning a renovation, you give this company the opportunity to offer their services.

Except from Cliff, a sub of Joe (the owner of Mastercraft), I have nothing good to say about this company. Joe, the owner, has no business doing what he does. He was extremely defensive anytime there was a question raised, and the plummer he uses was absolutely dispicibile. I would go so far as to say pathetic. There were so many problems w/ this project on the plumming side,I wouldn't know where to start. Cliff & his crew were great.I would never use Matercraft in the future & intend on telling everyone I know the same. Joe's attitude was disgraceful. He never even bothered to follow up upon completion. I would reccomend removing Mastercraft from your list IMMEDIATELY!

I would highly recommend Mastercraft Construction. They were honest and true to their word. Nothing was assumed on their part, always asking "how would you like to see this done?" The workers were friendly and courteous. I would use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the professional way in which Mastercraft Construction handled the job; from the timeliness of the first phone call in response to my request, to the follow-up phone calls and assurance. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner, as a matter of fact, I already have. The new fence and gates gives my home the look I desired. I look forward to having them do future work for me. Our remodeling project has begun. It really is to early to rate at this time; but I am hopeful for a satisfactory completion.

Part of the work was done n garage, and it was left a mess after completion of the job. I called Mastercraft on this, and ended up cleaning it myself.

Mastercraft construction did a fine job and used the materials I requested.

i received a call immediately. It was a little more than I had thought I would spend. However they were here for a couple of hours and I guess it was more involved that perhaps originally thought. i would recommend them.
