Sam Colarossi was a nice person but did not follow through with his commitments. I wanted a new sunroom and bathroom built onto my house. His price was very good but his time frame for the project was four months longer than he communicated to me. Six months after the project has completed, a crack developed in the sunroom ceiling. I informed Sam and he said to give it a few months because it was a settling crack, and that he would fix it. I texted and called him starting in September 2019 and he gave me one excuse after another why he could not send someone to fix it. In January 2020, I had an attorney send him a letter regarding this issue and he never responded. In fact, two letters were sent, with no response. In March, I decided to hire someone to fix it, then COVID 19 occurred and I needed to wait till May to have it repaired at my cost. Yes, their prices to do the job are good, but do not expect them to follow through with any commitment or stay on their timeline.

We hired Mastercraft home services to do a small dining room addition. With every building inspection there were major issues that needed to be redone. We finally had to let them go when our roofing and electrical inspection noted that it needed to be completely redone. Nice guys but should not be trusted to do structural work. We are spending thousands of dollars to fix these major structural issues they left behind!

"We passed every inspection that we called for ourselves. The customer decided to call for their own inspections before we had completed that part of the project. This was done on several occasions. There was a payment due on one phase of the project and they did not pay as they promised. They instead called the inspector before completion which resulted in a fail. That was their reason not to pay and remove us from the job. This was in retaliation for me asking them to stop calling for inspections on their own and not having me meet the inspector to explain that we were not ready. There are some people that even GOD can't get along with. We have tons of satisfied customers and this one that wasn't. Call us for the long list of satisfied customers before relying on this one tainted review. Other than this one, we have 5 stars on the others."

⢠I'm so glad I found Sam and Mastercraft! They just finished re-siding our house and it looks great! The team did an outstanding job making sure the area was super clean at the end of each day, and everything was done on budget and on schedule. I am already looking forward to having them do our next project!
