Masterguard Painting, LLC

Steve is very nice and got us samples to try out before picking a color. This was very helpful! His crew was great and thorough. They didn't rush the job and made sure to keep an eye on weather that could impact the painting process. It came out wonderful. We love it!

I wasn't going to write a review because I was struggling with the words, but if you are like me and rely on other's reviews, then I felt you needed to hear my experience. I was trying to obtain a couple of quotes to have the exterior of my home painted and didn't seem to have any luck getting anyone to come out until I found Masterguard Painting via Home Advisor. I was very excited when Steve instantly called me back (a few times back to back because I didn't answer right away) and offered to come right over to work up an estimate. I was upfront and honest and stated that I was looking for other quotes and to give us a few days to think it over before committing. When nothing else panned out, we decided to hire Masterguard Painting - in which we paid half the cost upfront and the check was cashed instantly. From there it took weeks to get confirmation on when the work would begin as the work is contracted out. From there it just seemed like it was one thing after another and I felt as though the communication between the two of them was very minimal as some of the wood repairs around door frames, removal of a light fixture and patching it up wasn't done or the colors of some areas weren't conveyed to the painter. During the time the painter was here painting he needed to borrow a few things such as a ladder and extension cord - which he ended up taking the extension cord with him when he was done. I had to message the painter a few times to get the extension cord back - which took a week and many excuses later, I finally ended up with an extension cord (no it wasn't mine but I was over it at this point) - and at that time I pointed out many spots in the front of the house that were not fully painted in which I suggested that it be sprayed again because the wall is textured and it didn't cover all areas. He stated he would fix them, but all he did was take a small paint roller to a few of the noticeable spots rather he did not look at the wall from all angles. Nor did he knock on the door and say anything to my boyfriend to ensure the job was complete before he left. It was then brought to Steve's attention and he came out and asked us to mark the walls because the painter would be back out on Monday to fix it since "that is what he gets paid to do". But that was supposed to take place last Monday....still no painter. We have decided that we will fix it ourselves.

The owner Steve is a great guy and takes personal charge of every job. Quality work, nice employees, I would use them again.

Very good and thorough

Worked with this company last week and they did a wonderful job.

They were great! They showed up when they said they would. Finished when they said they would. And did a great job on the exterior of my home, and the price was right.

Great Job, Great Price. Highly recommended for Exterior painting. Showed up quickly and was very proficient in the whole job.

Steve was very through with his explanation of the process from start to finish in easy and professional manner. David was great as a one man band from pressure washing, patching, repair and application of the paint. He was very helpful helping my wife moving planters and decorations out of harms way. His expertise helped my wife pick a color scheme to match the metal roof. Looks great and feels great !

Fantastic, excellent and superior. Attention to detail, performance and dedication to work.

Price was reasonable, showed up when promised, cleaned up and finished when promised. Cared about quality. Very pleased .

Masterguard did an unbelievable job painting my house! They were very friendly and prompt as well. Dave went above and beyond to do a fantastic job on the house and even painted my shed to match! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very professional, cleaned up well when the job was done. I would recommend them to everyone.

Professional, friendly and great work!

very reliable

Everyone was very nice and helpful. When Steve came out, he gave me all the details involved, which I appreciated. Pearl was more than willing to please me . And if I had a problem they took care of it. I recommend them highly.

The price was great and David was awesome, finished the house in three days and went above and beyond. Awesome job!

Steve was very nice everything he told us they did and beyond. I will definitely give them 5+ star. Had the job done between 3 to 4 days all the workers were extremely friendly just Like family. I will definitely recommend him to anyone please call them for your estimate thank you maria

Steve came and carefully did an evaluation of the home, then offered me a great price. David came and did everything, all in 3 days! I love the color, the quality of the work and am now getting great compliments on my home. Definitely will recommend this company!!!

I highly recommend Masterguard Painting. The price was more than fair and they completed the job just as promised. Dave worked on our house as if he was painting his own. He cared about doing a good job and did not rush. He worked long hours to get the job done on time and with excellent quality. We are very happy customers!

I, could not have gotten a better paint job. They went above and beyond what I, expected for the price. They were very professional and polite, a pleasure to work with. I wish them all the best in the future, Mike & Joanne

I would highly recommend this company. Our home was built in 1977 with board and batten rough sawn cypress exterior walls. It was a challenge to paint to say the least. David worked extremely hard to prepare the walls for paint. He did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier with the results.

David the painter was very meticulous about his job. He made sure I was happy with everything he did and the job was complete. This is a big house and needed lots of caulking and cracks filled. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their house painted or power washed. Steve the owner checked on things at the finish and was very satisified.

Love the new house color! Steve Leach, who quoted us, was professional and very helpful in picking out the color (I kept changing my mind, lol), and the gentleman who came to do the actual painting, Dave, was very friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on our house! Will definitely use this company for any future painting projects!
