Do not hire this company. Troy Carpenter & his son are con artists & they will take advantage of you in every way possible. They lied about pulling permits & when confronted he refused to complete to work & they were paid almost 70k & left us with a job only half completed. Look his name up on â Mycaseâ lawsuit after lawsuit.

the crew was not respectful of the property. My siding has come down, it has to bow and it warping away from the house. I also have an area that has melted and bubbled up for no apparent reason. I have called the owner and he has screamed at me, given me many excuses, and has yet to show up and he has not returned my calls for a couple of months now. So the guarantee is a joke you will never him from him again. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I hire this Company to Remodel my Bathroom. They did a Excellent Job from start to finish. From start punctuation mean a lot to me. They prove that they were loyal , and meant business. By always being at my house at around 7:00 or 8:00am every day from the beginning of the week til the end. They are more concerned about there Customers then their selves. Very family Origin, also i give them 5 A A A A A's for Customer definitely Customer friendly. I'm definitely going to use them again. Definitely will refer. everybody to them, to try them they will Fall in Love with them. I can go on an about there Professionalism but there not enough room. But that' how great they are. Bathroom Remodel
Hired them to totally redo the bathroom. Plumbing problems, Used regular drywall instead of Green board, Done sloppy. Owner seems to go around matters instead of trying to solve them. He insisted leakage was caused by shower curtains, instead of doors. Very unprofessional and we are unsatisfied. The electrical was installed incorrectly, we asked the contractor if it was sound, they stated it was without looking. We hired an independent electrician who verified it was installed incorrectly and was dangerous.

Hearty Homes and Troy Carpenter, was hired to remodel our bathroom. When they showed up to work it would be for 2 hrs if they showed at all. I supplied all materials and yet they still had to leave to get materials and not come back, the plumbing was done wrong not once but twice, the tiles floors they installed were 1 1/2 inches thicker now than the original floor so there is a ramp into the bathroom, they had mortar build up between tile and cut it out a chipped the tile to put grout in. The custom cabinets were installed off the 1/4 inch backer board rather than the stringer boards and all trim pieces were hacked by hand, the tile shower wasn?t waterproofed and the tiles fell off the wall, we separated from Troy before the job was complete because of the bad work, and hired new contractors who are now trying to help fix the problems. They thank goodness are writing letter to help us take him to court. Troys response instead of negotiating a solution of refund of money is he said he file bankruptcy on hearty homes and personal I just he doesn?t realize that?s not for civil cases. DO NOT USE.

We hired Troy to renovate our rental properties in March, 2018 We paid him $35,000 for 2 roofs, siding 2 homes and windows. He has been paid in full, however, has not been back to install gutters nor 2 roof vents. He will not return calls.

Hired mid January 2018. Said job would take 6 weeks. Crew showed up sporadically. Often did not have necessary tools. Did substandard work. Much work required doing over. Troy Carpenter/owner, gave me a story and asked for 4th advance. When given money, Troy and crew disappeared. Last week received text message from Troy that he is filing for bankruptcy. Job is only 50% complete. Avoid!
