Masterpiece AV focuses on giving each individual customer the attention they deserve from start to finish and in doing so we also provide each of our clients product training to ensure you are able to use your new system to its full potential, and then come out at no cost for a follow up visit to answer any additional questions you might have after you have had time to familiarize yourself with your new system. Masterpiece AV, is committed to your satisfaction, we take pride in our work and also provide free support for all of our install services! "I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. However I didn't even get to your home until 10:40am and you had to leave at 1pm so... Again it wasnt due to lack of knowing how to mount the tv it was due to the mount needing to be leveled and not having time to do so, in between helping you with messed up cable wiring,cords being to short as you didn't have cords long enough to reach setting up your TV's wi-fi for you while trying to set-up the ir remote for the cable box and TV and train you on how to work all of it before I even finished the mounting portion of the job which was all I was originally hired to complete."
