Masterpiece Construction Experts, is a locally family owned and operated business here in Meridian Idaho. MPCE owner/installer, Brandon, has over 35 yrs of residential construction experience. Our company specializes in residential window and exterior door replacement and installation. We offer a wide variety brands, products, styles and colors of windows, and exterior doors. Product Examples; Windows- Vinyl, Fiberglass, Wood. Doors- Fiberglass, Wood, and Steal. We provide, our customers, with quality service and products that you can count on. It is our mission to enthusiastically continue to deliver professional service using high quality materials, top notch craftsmanship and cutting-edge energy efficient home improvement technology. Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Masterpiece did an ok job installing our door and windows, but the subcontractors they use did a very poor job. We've had to hire other contractors to correct their work and once they had our money, their was no help from Masterpiece.

Installed a beautiful new patio door. Left the house perfectly clean, i would of highly recommend. Them intill.! The rest of the story. So a few months later, we asked them to install a new front Door, We picked out a door from a picture they emailed us. It was a very nice store with a frosted Window on the top with cut glass. They did a nice job on the installation. However, most of the glass was not frosted and you could see into our home., And you could be seen walking up to the door from the outside.. So I Explained to Brandon that the picture showed a totally frosted window. I asked Brandon what are our options. And he said. Well, I showed you the door, I explained the picture showed a totally translucent window. Brandon's first response was well. I can fix that for $30.. To me, that shows character after having 2 doors installed and spending 3 Thousand dollars that there is no customer service after payment. To me, if I did work for somebody. And it was not exactly as it was supposed to be. And it could be fixed or remedied cheaply. I would surely not ask them for $30 for something that They paid for that was not as advertised in the picture.. They definitely do not have a professional ethics standard .

"Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you feel there was no service after payment and that you didn't receive what you thought you were getting. This must have been very frustrating for you. We apologize for the misunderstanding. We always try to make sure that our customers are happy with our service and company. When the picture was emailed to you, it was "A" picture of your door (black and white picture). It was meant to show you the style of the door. There was never anywhere in what you stated or what we emailed or quoted you, that you wanted obscured or frosted glass. The estimate and the contract stated that your door would have decorative glass, which was the style of the picture of the door that was emailed. After the door was installed, you called the office manager and asked what options you had, she said that she would talk to Brandon about options, because you explained to her that you thought it was going to be obscured (frosted) glass and it wasn't. Since this was no fault of either party, we gave you an option, of the least expensive way to remedy the situation and get obscured (frosted) glass, the cost being $30 for the product. Brandon called you on the phone. He also offered to come out and not charge the $30. The office manager let you know that she has sent a Thank You card, for doing business with us, that has a Gift Card in it for any misunderstanding. Again we apologize for any misunderstanding and frustration this has caused you. Thank you! -MPCE-"

Masterpiece did a great job! They were also very professional and very kind. We appreciated their timely responses as well. The only miscommunication was that I thought they were a construction company so I assumed they would be able to do all of the finishing work so we would only have to hire one company. But we ended up needing an electrician and we had to mud and tape and we didnâ t want to pay a ton extra for ordering them stained so we ended up staining the door and shutters ourselves as well.

Everything was stated in your estimate of what we would and would not be doing, which included all of these things that you feel were miscommunications. You agreed and signed the contract, which stated the exact same things. We did not charge you to take the rest of your wall down that you needed to mud and paint. We did it as a courtesy to help you since we were there and you had asked. We are, a construction company specializing in windows and doors. Brandon has been in the business of all sorts of residential construction over his 35yrs+experience and 25yrs of owning his own business, from building homes to additions, decks, and remodels. Therefore the name. But at this time we specialize in the installation of windows and doors. We advertise windows and doors. And our logo clarifies this "Masterpiece construction Experts windows and doors" Construction is not the same as an electrician and so we are not licensed to take care of electrical work. 2 New Window Service
Tori, Brandon and their crew were very easy to work with. They took us through the process from start to finish, gave me choices on different windows. We settled on a triple pane window for our upstairs since we get the afternoon sun, and that room gets super hot. It was a great choice, and helps keep the room comfortable. When we need to replace the other windows, Masterpiece Construction Experts will be the ones I call.

Professional and experienced, these guys know what they are doing! Had two windows and a front door replaced, they were in and out within a few hours! Excellent work, will definitely work with this company again.

3-5 New Window Installation
I have so many positive things to say about Masterpiece Construction I couldn’t possibly list them all. A few things I loved about Brandon, George and Greg is that they were timely, friendly, trustworthy and did a beautiful job on my windows, doors and siding project. The team went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner and even fixed a few things along the way. I am hiring them to come back and do interior and closet doors in my home next. Tori was an amazing communicator and kept me up to date on delivery and scheduling. 5 stars is not enough for them. After numerous bids from other companies I went with them because I trusted them and their bid was reasonable and not over priced. The windows are beautiful and I went with Hardie siding that looks amazing! Thank you so much for giving my home a makeover!

Brandon and Georgeâ s many years of experience really showed when they installed an exterior sliding door and an interior barn door for us. The workmanship was excellent and we couldnâ t be more pleased.They thoroughly vacuumed the construction area and left no trace that they were here. What a great duo!

we got multiple bids for window and sliding glass door replacement. We found after talking with multiple companies they gave us a clear and concise estimate, no smoke up our backside. we have a home built in 2005 it's now 2021 and we knew a few of the windows were leaking. We knew what we wanted and got it, the actual install didn't even take the whole day. and their attention to detail made me very impressed, they ensured the door closed like it should and fitment was fantastic. the rest of the day I could feel the difference right away, no more cold drafts, the furnace didn't work as hard, temps were more even throughout the house, and just before the start of summer temps was perfect timing. and to also mention the cost was affordable not unlike some renewal companies that charge astronomical prices. the sliding glass door is so easy to open and close now it's just astounding. they cleaned up their mess and were professional and friendly, certainly would come back to them for the next project
