Very customer service oriented!! Jeff arrived with a great attitude! He performed a a thorough walk through before starting, and then he explained how he would be cleaning the most difficult spots. Upon completion my carpet was clean and it looked amazing and had a fresh scent. This is a great company, and I highly recommend!!

I hired Masters Carpet to come in an clean my furniture and carpet before I brought my newborn home from the hospital. Jeff told me they were very busy and he could be out Friday. I told him the situation and he had someone come out that day after hours to take care of all my needs. Customer service is top notch and quality of work is next level . Not only did he send someone out he personally came and did the job. Thank you masters carpet my family thanks you .
