The ladies do a great job, they come once a month. They are efficient and work really well together. I get a text the day before they are coming letting me know when they will be arriving. I would highly recommend using Master Cleaning Services.

I would never recommend this company. I hired them to clean my mom's estate (empty house) and was told it would take 3-4 hrs. I went back to the house two hours later and and found the cleaning people did nothing!! They were in the kitchen and had made more of a mess than what the kitchen looked like. the owner said she was going to charge me less and I told her I was not going to pay anything as they did nothing for two hours!! I see how this company works. They charge by the hour so they can rack up $$$ by taking longer to do a job which requires less than half the time.

The two ladies had a timely arrival and worked quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again! I was very pleased with the extremely thorough cleaning!

Too expensive, $200 dollars over all of others previously quoted.

I was really surprised with the quality of work that was performed. The team that came went above and beyond and cleaned places I wouldn't have dreamed (including bathroom light bulbs). Highly recommend.

These ladies worked very hard, and the things they cleaned, they cleaned well. The problems were communication barriers. I specifically called for an estimate for cleaning my walls and windows. I noted that I didn't want the bathrooms or kitchen appliances cleaned, because I was going to tackle those. The woman who answered the phone(Sonya?) told me there was no need to do an estimate; she'd just sed a crew over the following day. She also told me that the charge was $30/hour no matter how many cleaners I needed. It turns out it was $30 per cleaner per hour. That seemed more reasonable, but I wish it had been communicated that the charge was per person, not per hour of service. Anyway, the women arrived. A couple of windowsills were dusted/wiped down, but not a single wall nor window was cleaned at the end of the day. Also, one of the women in the living room got that we were in the midst of moving, and had piles of papers/items around. She said, "No trash, put everytjhing in boxes?" I told her yes, and she did just that. I am very thankful for that! The women who cleaned my kitchen, though, did something very different. They took garbage bags and threw away anything they deemed to be trash. This included parts of my Pampered Chef spoon rest, appliance manuals, personal papers and decor items, a full bottle of mustard, and a couple of spray bottles I used to mix my own household cleaning products. I didn't enjoy having to dig through the trash bags which did include some garbage, wet paper towels, etc., to retrieve the personal items I could salvage. As I said, the ladies did work hard, and the things they did clean, they cleaned well. If you hire this company, get a simple contract, in writing, of what is to be cleaned before you hire them. I ended up having to wash my own walls and windows, and that was the whole reason I hired a cleaning service. Also, make clear that you can determine for yourself what is trash without the passive aggressive comment on your housekeeping embodied by throwing away personal property. I know my house was messy, and I made that clear up front. If it was immaculate, I wouldn't have needed to hire a cleaning service.

It was easy to communicate with them.

They did a fantastic job. They committed to a one time deep clean without having seen the house and it was more work than they had anticipated but they stayed as long as they needed to and got the job done perfectly.

Sonia and her team are always friendly, helpful, and thorough. She always answers her phone and communicates with me on arrival and departure times. One project I hired them for was a smokers house that had yellow tar substance on all the windows. They were able to clean them to the original white. I have hired her for multiple projects and I will continue to call on her. Thanks Sonia :)

Sonja sent two workers, but she's the one who sold the job. Tired of getting sold a service without the actual person showing up. They were 1/2 hr late. No phone call. Unprofessional. I told Sonja I was chemically sensitive, I wanted mild products. We agreed on one. They did not bring it. They used strong chemicals & I had to leave the home & call Sonja to have them change to something else. The kitchen floor wasn't clean & I had to have her clean that part. Sonja tried to charge for the 15 min they were late and would not take a credit card. Would not recommend them. Unhappy with this company

Great people, that do a fantastic job

I needed a cleaning company in a very short notice. Master cleaning called me back immediately and was able to come out the next day. Which was very helpful. They were very friendly & did a great job cleaning my home. They cleaned all my bathrooms, windows, kitchen, appliances, bedrooms, dining, living room & all my floors. In one bathroom they missed a few spots but overall I was impressed. I will definitely re use them & refer them.

I'm very happy with the job Sonia and Veronica did. I'm trying to determine if my budget will handle having them clean on a regular basis.
