We got exactly what we wanted, and more from them. My wife, and I canâ t thank them enough for the beauty they brought to our bathroom with our walk in shower installation. We used Master's Home Solutions to install solar panels. During the initial meeting we discussed the lay out and how we wanted the front of our house to look. We went over how the panel would be laid out and how we did not want them to be placed. The sales representative told us that he would be in contact with us throughout the entire process, which was not true. He told us that they do not contract out the installation and that they stand by their work which was not true. When it came to installation day, an unmarked white van pulled up with 5 guys and only 2 seats. The panels were shoved in the back of the van with no protection. The panels were installed without care, multiple panels have scratches and dents on our roof. The front of our house looks ridiculous the way they laid out the panels. When we contacted Masters Home solutions we were told the sales rep had quit and our contract had been passed on to someone who had just started and knew nothing about us. At no point did they contact us to let us know. We were passed around without any clear answers. This company installed solar panels that are scratched and look used- poor quality - gave us the run around on the phone- poor customer service - contracted out the work and did not give any instructions to the company they used- poor communication

Masters will not respond to a problem.

My project was started earlier than expected. They definitely did not over promise. Everything from setting the appointment, meeting with the designer, and getting a great value for my walk-in shower was really worth it. Thank you masters home solutions!

The two workers showed up exactly on time and were very professional. They removed my front storm door and replaced it and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to hire this company for anything. We’re thinking about remodeling our bathroom and this company will be the first and only one that I will call. Overall I’m completely 100% satisfied with this company and their professionalism.

Please know that they take off money if you give them a 5 star rating PRIOR to even doing the job. So, trust me if you are seeing the 5 star reviews they are not legitimate. If you do not believe me, look at my contract that is attached, additional promo took off $1,910.00 I cannot even begin to explain every single detail of what went wrong with this horrific company. The way that BOTH the owner, Rick, as well as Nathan spoke to me is beyond words. I have every single voice mail, text and email (do you think it is strange there are not ANY emails listed anywhere for this company?....I had to practically beg for my communication to be done through email). You would be speechless. First I ordered my windows and a sliding door on November 9, 2020 from Keith. I was told 9-11 weeks which brings us to January 25th. I never received ANY communication during this time. I started calling Rachel in production weekly for updates. Most times my calls would not be returned. Finally at the end of February she started telling me next week this went on for a month. I started reading current reviews regarding the installs being done incorrectly and them refusing to fix errors....you can read them yourself on the internet. I decided to not go through with the install since there were already so many issues with them and this is when Rick started calling me and texting me with harassing and threatening messages. I had to have the authorities involved since he would not stop contacting me. I decided to purchase the windows and door and have my own contractor install them. They FINALLY arrived on May 27, 2021 (after I was threatened numerous times how they were taking up so much space in the warehouse. Well, sure enough they measured for replacement windows yet sent new construction windows. Anyone knows these are different sizes. I had to spend a lot of additional money to get these windows installed since they were the wrong size. I had to buy additional materials ($700.00 just in new trim), new window treatments (my previous ones were only 2 years old), this was supposed to be a 2 day project - I am on week 2 - just imagine that labor cost. They had to remove all of my siding (see pictures). The best part was I was told by Keith that my windows and sliding door would NEVER get condensation since I was upgrading to triple pane glass......see the pictures for the condensation. I contacted them with pictures as well as my contractors revised invoice and my additional costs and Nathan told me it is not their problem and any contractor can say something bad about another company. They have never ever taken any blame or admitted ANY wrong-doing on their part. I am hoping this honest review saves someone else the grief, stress and mental anguish of making a poor choice by going with them. PLEASE do not fall for their sales scheme. P.S. They did my roof 4 months ago and the first high windy day the Asphalt Shingles on the roof are ripping off. When I called to report the issue they were slow in getting someone out to see the damage.

I was thrilled with my new shower stall. The workman were very professional and really neat. It was done in a very timely manner especially since I've been a condition that I really needed it quickly. I couldn't be happier with the whole thing.

Booked my project, took my deposit, waited a month, came back to me and claimed they misquoted the project, I told them to come back out and re quote the project, they told me they did not have enough time to complete. So they returned my money and I wasted a month. I will have to wait until spring to replace my roof.

Very professional great workmanship will be calling again for future projects.

Pros: They did a great job, our roof looks beautiful! They always showed up on time. Everyone we worked with was very nice. No hidden fees, we paid what they quoted. Cons: They were a little pushy when it came to making the decision to hire them, if you buy it right now you can have it this much cheaper, but the offer only works right now, Type of thing. I know this probably comes with any new roof, but there were >100 nails in our yard after they cleaned up. Overall I was very pleased, and would hire them again.

Be careful of the This is all youll spend speech. We ended up adding $4500 to our job, due to them finding a bad sub floor around the shower. so it went from new shower and toilet, to new shower, toilet, floor and vanity. However, overall, as a new homeowner with this all being new to be, I suppose not a bad deal The workers very friendly and they cleaned up their mess very well. They are due to come back and finish the job in a few weeks. The floor part.

They set multiple appointments and were always a no show.

We had some scheduling issues but they did their best to get to my roof install as quickly as they could. Work crew was polite, quick and efficient! I will definitely call them for my next project.
