They did an excellent job on my shower floor replacement.

They came by to give us an estimate and sent it to us that same day. They did the work same week as we wanted to get it done quickly. They did exceptionally great work! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

William was very prompt with the estimate. He and his assistant did a very good job. At the end of the job, William walked me through each item that was completed to ensure everything on the list was taken card of.

They no showed on the initial appointment. When I called they "dropped everything" and came within the hour. The first time they regrouted my kitchen floor, the color was not uniform so they came back and cut out a bunch of grout lines and regrouted. Said perhaps they had sealed it before it had fully dried. Again the color was not uniform so they came back and regrouted the kitchen floor. This time they said perhaps the water on the sponge was not clean. Again, the color was not uniform so they regrouted the entire floor using a much darker color (which is not what I wanted, but I finally gave up). The third time they missed a couple of spots and didn't repair the grout under my fridge with the darker grout color. William said he would come back when he has time. I called over 10 days ago and still haven't received a call back. I asked if this darker grout needed to be sealed and was told it does not. Be aware that YOU have to clean up the tile after they finish. We did not expect to have to spend hours cleaning up tile dust off of the counters, the cabinets, etc. They also no showed on July 3rd--said there was an emergency out of the country. I called a couple of times that day and didn't get a call back. Also called several times that week with no call back. William, Eddie, Javier all are very nice but it took three times to get most of my kitchen floor uniformly regrouted and it's still not finished.

They do very good work. When finished they clean up nicely.

They are my go-to company for all tile work from now on. Easy to work with and very dependable.
