Very reliable, good customer service, reasonable price. I had carpet stretched and cleaned at a rental unit that was very dirty and carpet crumpled. I thought I would have to change the carpet. But after they did the work, I was surprised. the carpet looked straight and clean. Did not need replacing. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you.

Excellent job! Had never heard of 'carpet stretching' til I needed it and they did a magnificent stretching and cleaning job on a 12+ year old carpet! I highly recommend them!

One of our kids threw up on our carpet and we tried to remove the stains ourselves using oxyclean and a rented carpet cleaner but ended up making it worse. we thought what do we have to lose let's try Magic carpet. Wow, He was able to remove vomit stains from our carpet such that we can barely see them, huge difference.

Master Touch did a great job repairing a tear in our berber carpet, cant even tell there ever was a tear. They showed up on time, very professional, quality workmanship, very neat and precise. I wouldnt hestitate to recommend Masters Touch.!
