Within 20 minutes after I submitted my repair request I received a phone call from Masters-N-Mechanical wanting to know if they could have someone stop by my house that same day. The service person took one look at my appliance and knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it and told me that this was a common flaw with this brand of the appliance and it would probably occur again. He then showed me some simple maintenance that I could do to keep the problem from coming back and what to do if the issue did occur again, which will save me money. WOW, now that is the type of honesty I look for and I will use them again.
