I found Frando to be very pleasant, efficient, and courteous. He listen to my concerns and worked o. My dryer until he identified the problem. I mistakenly over paid him and when I made him aware he immediately returned the overpayment. So I find him very honest.

Jimmy was super quick and efficient. Didn’t make a mess, cleaned up very well and had my fridge good as new within 20 (yes TWENTY) minutes. Highly recommend and will call him for any future appliance repairs! Oh and he’s by far, the best pricing in the state!

Technician Jim arrived, only listened briefly. No repair was attempted, no written diagnosis was provided, and no receipt or invoice was given. I was told the unit needed replacement without any explanation and was charged $119 in cash. This did not feel like a legitimate diagnostic service. I would not recommend.

"Adnan hired us to diagnose his washing machine. The washer has a bad bearing. He was told the inner basket, outer rear and front drums would need to be replaced. He was told this is not cost effective to repair, especially on a 20 year old washer that is well out of warranty. He was told all the different options he could choose to replace the washer. He was charged our $125 service call fee, and only paid us $119. He declined a written invoice 3 times. He still needs a new washing machine."

Very much recommend, contacted Jim regarding dryer not heating within an hour of the call Jim arrived , because of Thanksgiving the part would take a little longer to come in. Jim called this morning had my dryer up and running in an hour! When I used another appliance repair company in the area, it took them a week to come and look at it and another week for the parts to come in and was much more expensive! Jim was courteous and quick. Thank you again Jim!

I hired Jim to fix a refrigerator where there was ice build up on the doors of the fridge and around the freezer drawer. He came by inspected the machine and assured me that one part in the door needed to be replaced and that would fix the problem. I hired him to do the job which he did as promised. However that did not solve the problem at all. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him and left several voice mails and he has not contacted me back. Im sorry to say that this is terrible service and about $300 later I am nowhere near any resolution to my problem. Would not recommend him at all!

"Replaced obvious cracked fridge door flapper assembly that client saw was physically broken and letting moisture from ambient air into the fridge causing ice build up. Missed one voicemail during a busy day, no repeated attempts to contact us. Part was $175 Labor $125. Fair price for two trips 35 min away each way. No answer from client when we called to solve the issue under our labor warranty. Thank you for the work"
