I submitted on Labor Day, and Ray called back within 2 minutes. Scott was 5 minutes late, got right to work, and had fixed the flush valve and realigned the flange and reseated the toilet all within 1 1/2 hours. Excellent work without dawdling. Will definitely use again and refer.

Water heater stopped heating in the morning. Began looking for help in afternoon. Had a warm bath same evening. Quick response. Courteous, knowledgeable, and prepared. Brought a replacement unit which proved to be the proper response. Servicemen were courteous, and cleaned up after the job.

I had a big problem with my basement trying to add a bathroom and I was very impressed with what he was able to pull off. His work was really neat and they cleaned up after they were done. I will be calling him for may next project.
