The owner called me within a half hour of me requesting service. He set me up with an appointment for the next day. The tech came and fixed my items that needed to be repaired. He did a fantastic job on replacing my handrail brackets and fixing my wooden couch. The tech left my house just as clean as when he arrived. I would highly recommend hiring Mastroianni Home Solutions LLC for your handyman needs and if you are looking to do a remodeling job, they are the ones to go with. Everyone from the owner to the tech were extremely nice and very friendly. And the cost was very reasonable.

Excellent experience! I have never hired a contractor in which the skilled workers came on time every day and stayed past the time they were scheduled to leave. In addition there was attention to detail and questions were answered professionally and honestly. An additional helpful touch was the assistance of a designer who made the experience one that left us with a beautiful Master Bath.

Brian and his team put up a backslash for our kitchen remodel not once, but twice! At first, we went with a glass tile that looked great in the store, but horrendous on our wall. Brian, sensing our dissatisfaction, offered to tear it off and install our second choice, tried and true subway tile. He even had extra tile of his own to throw in, minimizing our expense. Bottom line, Brian is a man of his word and he wants his customers to be happy. It's rare today to find a company that puts ethics above its bottom line. Mastroianni Home Solutions does just that. I couldn't recommend them more.

I originally gave this company a 5 star review. Then things started going wrong, mold in drywall, leaking sink. Repairman came and complained about his job assignment as handyman, left the house dirty, absolutely no clean-up. Problems persisted and sent someone else. Immediately after he left, the stopper came out of the sink and won't work, and the chrome ring came loose. Still have mold on drywall. Now they won't even show up. Additionally, had a fence installed and said during installation that I don't think they used concrete in all holes (none visible and too many bags left over). Now the gate won't work where I felt concrete was missing, and we are going to have to dig up posts to see what's happening. Brian (owner) is so charming and will make you believe everything will be taken care of. Don't be fooled.

"I am sadden by this review as our company tried to go above and beyond for you and your husband and we felt as though we had a good working relationship. I would like to address and clarify on the issues you expressed. Bathroom: We were hired to install flooring and a new vanity and sink. We offered economic solutions to your PRE-EXISTING MOLD issue (due to another contractors tub and surround installation) before we went and ripped out the entire tub and surround. I do sincerely apologize if our tech made unprofessional comments during one of his visits, he has been with our company for numerous years and always gets great customer feedback so this was disappointing to hear. Fencing: We agreed to install the fencing for an exact figure with your height specifications. A quarter of the way through the process you had us change the height which took more labor hours and material then anticipated. We did not charge you any extra and did this for you without hesitation. The fence was a permitted job through the City of Delaware and was inspected at certain points required and we can assure you concrete was used in all the post holes. We prefer to overestimate material so the homeowner is not shocked if extra material is needed. You were able to return any unused bags of concrete for a full refund as you purchased the material. We also made extra trips and took care of extra handyman items when asked without charging you for the time because we valued you as a customer. I hope this clarifies things a little more. Thank you"

This was a small roof leak investigation and repair. I found the customer service was great, arrived on time, provided the service and repairs I believe were needed. The quality of work was great and the final test to verify the results will come during the next rain event with windy conditions. We were satisfied and appreciated the help!!!!!

"We do offer a warranty on all of our work. For this particular Handyman job we could not guarantee the sealing caulk would hold for years. We are not able to warrant a product just our work. We spoke to the homeowner and assured her we would assist her if she had any issues with the product in the next 90 days. Thanks"

When I first called them they were right out to check out the problem but did not get back to me. When I called to check on results I had to call them twice because they did not return my first call at all. Their communication was terrible. You ALWAYS had to call them to get an update they never called me to say the item was ordered or when they would install. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves so we never used them.

"We did correspond with her the replacement part had been ordered once she gave approval to our proposal and to order the part. The part did seem to take longer then expected but that was not our fault. She then emailed us that they had fixed it and our services were no longer needed. We were unable to return the part and ultimately had to pay for it ourselves and she did not honor the commitment to our proposal."

Got my Kitchen Faucet replaced. Great people, Bryan took my call late night after 8 pm. was able to send Mike to my home the immediate next day. got the work done and verified the functionality and also helped with hanging a heavy picture on the wall. I would hire them again.
