"Vicky. I am sorry to hear your disappointment. There was an agreement made after the discussion with you and your husband regarding the texture. We discussed scraping/sanding the textured and stucco walls/ceiling only. I advised I could make the walls as even as possible, possibly coating the entire walls making them perfect, but it would be an extra cost. This was declined by you and your husband, who advised that only the protruding textures were to be removed. I am also disappointed because I offered to come and rectify the situation to no avail. I also must state that I verified the scope of work with your husband and it was agreed upon"
