"Doug. When you wanted us to drop everything and come help you resolve the issue of your printers not printing tickets to your cooks during a lunch rush, we did. Our emergency rates are double our normal rates and start as soon as we leave what we where doing and end when we get back. When we arrived it took us awhile to find the issue and put a temporary fix in place to get you up and running. We let you know upfront that we weren't an IT company and where limited to what we could perform. We then came out the next morning at 7am to install a permanent solution. We apologize for the dust on your prep table. The plastic drapes are a good recommendation for the future. Thank you."
