Brandon installed my Tesla charger. He was prompt in responding, gave me a reasonable and competitive quote, explained the work and answered all my questions. He was able to schedule my work very next day. Arrived on time and completed the work within stipulated time. He also helped me to configure the charger with wifi. He is professional and courteous. I will surely recommend him.

Mathews Electric was incredible! They called right away and offered to come out immediately. The electrician identified and repaired the issue with our garbage disposal, fixed our microwave outlet, and even found a hidden outlet we didnâ t know aboutâ all within an hour and affordably priced! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had the best experience with Brandon! We had a problem with all our upstairs lights flickering and going out on us so we called Mathews electric and they got here within the hour of our call (on a Saturday even!). Brandon quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and was gone with half an hour - super fast response, super efficient, super friendly. We highly recommend Mathews electric and will definitely call again for any electrical needs.

I spent 30+ years in construction. I have hired many electricians in that time and I can say that I have never, ever been hit with an astronomical bill for such a simple task of install 50â of cable. Since this is a brand new company, apparently a new 10â step ladder is part of my costs. 1500 to install 50â of cable and a drop box and 9.7% sales tax of 145.50. Since when was sales tax paid on labor in Missouri? This is my first and last experience with Mathews Electric. Thankfully, they were generous enough to waive the $100 trip fee for their â master electricianâ to come out and tell us the problem was our equipment and not our cable. Spoiler alert: our equipment was fine. The cable we asked them to check was bad. What a joke. Shame on me for giving them a second chance to do the job right. They almost did a good job. Part of the job is clean up. Brandon left the job to go to another appointment without cleaning up the sheet rock dust that was all over my dishes and my refrigerated prep table. A professional company that knew what they were doing would have draped plastic over these things before they cut the ceiling directly over this in a commercial kitchen. I did not receive a service that was remotely close to what I was charged. Shameful

The couple tasks were rated quite reasonable which prompted me inquire about pending electric tasks that were long overdue to be repaired. The rate and time worked for myself and Mr. Mathews allowing me to finally get these tasks completed. Most definitely I do plan to hire Mr. Mathews for all my electrical needs!
