This company is not dependable. Once you have paid in full they will forget about you. Lack of follow-up.

While they did a great job, I wasn't aware that 2 people were coming out and they both charged for their services. Besides the amount for the service call and the parts, there was also the per hour charge for each of them. My mistake was in not asking but they could also have mentioned it. All I had done was replacement of four sockets and it cost $250.

The technician that called me (Matt) and then came to do the work lied about there not being a charge to come out, then lied that they would give you an estimate, prior to fixing the issue and at the same time never told us their rates or that you would be billed per technician. So after the work is completed they hand you a bill. Then when you question it, they say they will have the office call you, but they never tell the office and the office or Manager doesn't call you. After I called to speak to a Manager(Steve), who said he would refund us some of the charge, he didn't follow up and no refund was given. Then I called a week later and still no one in management, knew anything. The girl who handles the office, says I will issue the refund, call you and update you, but never did. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND JUST LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, NOT EARN REPEAT BUSINESS.

As previously mentioned in one of our conversations, we are not able to refund you as you signed an agreement with the amount billed before paying the bill presented to you, also after being billed and closed the invoice, you and your wife happily still had sought out our services for additional information and assistance from us. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do.

The owner was my contact. He was prompt with his follow up and scheduling the job. His people were polite and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Work was completed faster than I expected, thus keeping the hourly cost down.. Gave me advise for another project that I'm not sure I will proceed with yet. Matt who came out was great. Thought the hourly rate covered 'all' the work being done, but charged me separately for one of the 4 repair jobs that were completed. Minor issue in my estimation.

Spent $350 for 1/2 hour of work. Sent 2 electricians to change 1 outlet. Never got an itemized receipt. Felt I was overcharged. Would have liked to know the cost before they arrived.
