Danny quickly found a good solution to an issue that had been outstanding for a long time. He got it fixed and arranged painters to do the stain/refinish work as well. Good experience.

Danny goes about his job in a very professional manner. He is extremely honest and the costs in his estimate were very transparent (his initial visit / estimate were free). I had a very limited budget to work with and during our walk of the property to review the metal railing and balcony areas needing repair, Danny clearly explained the various options (materials / type of fix) for each condition and helped develop an economic repair plan to meet my budget (i.e. he didn't try to up-sell me in any way). I'd highly recommend him.

Very proficient

As others have said, Danny was prompt and a skilled carpenter. He and John replaced a set of attic stairs with a higher quality material than the original; and knew exactly how to cut and place them for maximum strength. He further repaired an outside door which now works like brand new. I will definitely call on Danny again when the need arises.

The railings look great, and Danny made sure I got the configuration and balusters I wanted. However, the job was incomplete, as he said he would come back to finish priming and painting when the weather was dry. I never heard back from him, so I bought the supplies and painted the railings myself. He did allow me to hold out some of the payment until he came back to paint, but the agreement was that he would finish the project.

He came out, quoted a good price, and built the stairs onsite for us.

I needed five exterior stair rails replaced and three more repaired, I also needed missing balusters replaced on an exterior staircase. Danny is a great guy to work with, professional, showed up on time as promised. Stair rails build on site, fit perfectly, well constructed. Danny anticipated potential problems offered solutions, improved design on at least rail, he was flexible to plan changes. Brought extra material and he was to build add railing to pool fence that had not been anticipated at time of original bid. I felt his prices were very fair. I anticipate working with him again.
