He charged me more than twice as much as the same job two years earlier AND, while he said the furnace would only last 3 weeks and he would send me a bid on replacing it -- it has been about 5 weeks now and when I ask him about the bid two weeks ago, he spun the answer. In other words he said things that have proven to be untrrue. He is on my NO CALL list but I like your service

My furnace went out during a recent cold spell. I tried calling repair services in my small town and was told they might be able to get to me in approximately a week!
