Matos Construction of North Florida

I originally hired Matos to build a prefabricated tv entertainment center and mount a tv. He talked me in to allowing him to build the unit from scratch which I reluctantly agreed. After several weeks of back and forth discussion, he arrived at my house June 6th with the materials that I purchased and started working and cut the pieces, he came back the next day and worked for a bit and decided to leave with all the materials to complete the work at his home and stated he would return to complete the job. After several days of false promises, putting other work ahead of our, he finally committed to installing June 24th. He never arrived and didn't make contact until July 8th after responding to my many Facebook messages. At this point all I want is my materials and my deposit. He has not made any attempt to do what is right.

We hired Matos Construction to power wash our brick patio and clean out our gutters, which hadn't been cleaned for many years and had grass growing in them. Matos did an excellent job for a fair price, and got the job done in a timely fashion. Matos also went the extra mile and blow dried our patio, which we weren't expecting. We plan to use Matos in the future for bigger jobs.

Angelo provided excellent service from beginning to end. He contacted me right away with a fair and reasonable quote. He arrived on time, was friendly and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Angelo! I’ve worked with him the past several months and he has the best work ethic I’ve ever seen. His attention to detail is meticulous, he is the hardest worker and gives it 110%, exceeds expectations, and gives new and better ideas that I didn’t even think of. Once he starts the project, he prefers to get it done quickly, so times things up very efficiently to keep the project moving forward and not taking too long. For me personally, he built a great looking fence, the best looking retaining wall I’ve seen, and over-sees a large building project at my work to make sure the job is done right and the owners are happy. Anything you need done with wood, this is your guy! Not only is his work ethic the Best, he is also a great person that you can trust his word. If I could give him higher than 5 stars, I would! And so would many of my fellow co-workers that witness his work every day.
