We had a disgusting, outdated shower that we wanted to replace with a bathtub. HomeAdvisor suggested Matrix. We settled on a design and price for work to start Nov 28th. At 10am on the 28th I called to verify what time they were going to come out. We were told there was a mistake in scheduling. (They had moved us to Dec 20th) We agreed to have them come Dec 3rd and was guaranteed a 3 day job. I am writing this review Dec 13th and we are still trying to get them to complete it. We have had one problem after another but Jake came in and assured us on Dec 4th that we were all done except a shelving unit and granite top. This is where we were dumb because we trusted him and signed off and paid balance. After that we have been treated like an inconvenience to them. The shower head leaked so they came out, ripped out the wall and attempted to repair it. Next day still leaking. We were told someone would come out again to look at it on Dec 12th since the granite would be in at that time too. They did come out and as of now it looks like the plumbing portion may finally be done. We were promised Granite and shelves by the 12th. Mike came out and made a template of the shape for the granite but still ...somehow....it was cut wrong twice! Now Jake tells my husband "the job will be done when its done". I understand that having a customer call you everyday to complain is stressful but I assure you having to call is just as bad. I will NEVER recommend this company and will spread the word as much as I can to warn people using HomeAdvisor to avoid them! I am definitely paying the price for trusting that Jake was a man of his word. Never sign until its all done! We know that, everyone knows that but I really believed we were just a couple hours away from completion. Now we are trying to negotiate the final payment amount that they charged figuring our time is worth just as much as theirs is and we have been more than accommodating. Two weeks and still waiting - no one from there will talk to us anymore and we are stuck. I have a house full of people coming and am so worried that it wont be done. Don't be fooled like us!! Don't hire this company unless you have no budget or time restraint because they do not care :(

They did a great job at reasonable price. I was very impressed with their work.

Did not complete the project like they said they would. I thought they were too expensive. The team was courteous.

The work team was courteous. They completed the work on schedule. They also helped me secure a 2-year interest-free loan to finance the project. The overall work was nice.
