Matrix Construction has completed two roof repair jobs for me, the first in 2021 and the second in March 2026. Both repairs were excellent. Mr. Nelson is very professional, arrived when he said he would be there, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when he was finished. He provided a fair price estimate and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. The most recent repair was to replace a section of roof that had been leaking for years unnoticed. Nelson reinforced all water damaged support structures and replaced the damaged roof components with materials that were better than the original. I have confidence that the repair was done right, and appreciate the peace of mind provided by Matrix construction's lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Matrix Construction.

I have nothing but great things to say about Matrix construction. They have replaced my roofs on 2 houses. One that I sold and one that I recently purchased. They have passed inspections and look beautiful. If I ever had any questions or needed any additional repairs related to the roof done, they were quick to respond and get the job done. I am happy with the roof repair work for the leak of my skylight. No more leak! Nelson takes pride and is very thorough concerning his work. He communicates well and explains what he will do and provides pictures along the way. He also provides a contract and warranty on all of his work. I would highly recommend him. Mr. Nelson of Matrix Construction replaced our entire roof and even though he had a tight schedule it was worth the wait. We had numerous leaks in our garage roof due to a prior storm. He is a professional and hardworking roofer and we are very pleased with his accuracy, working ethics, attention to detail and his knowledge. Mr. Nelson provided photos of any repairs and progress of his work. One area of our roof was especially of concern. I saw a great review for Nelson Pena of Matrix Construction on Nextdoor under gutter repair. I texted him and he responded quickly. He came out and gave me an estimate. His schedule was full, but a few days later he came by on his way home from another job. He made the repairs to my gutters for a reasonable price. He provided photos of all his work so I could see just what he did. As soon as we had a hard rain, I checked out the repair and it was wonderful. He solved my gutter problem. Nelson was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him.

In 2006 we remodeled our home, without replacing our roof. It was not a good experience by any means. So when we decided last year to get a new roof my wife and I were determined that we would do our due diligence to ensure our searching would lead us to a reliable construction team. We searched local FB pages and websites for several months. Several companies we contacted did not even show up to provide a quote! When we found Matrix Construction, and Nelson Pena, we were immediately pleased with his knowledge and eagerness to take on our project. The pandemic and some other unavoidable situations caused delays until this past April 2021. Nelson and his team were hard-working, knowledgeable, and prompt. Even when a change in the design (we decided to get a ridge vent), caused several weeks delay due to back orders, Nelson stayed in contact with us during the delay, and let us know as soon as he had the product to restart. We are thrilled with the finished product, as well as the final bill. We have gotten many compliments from friends and family. We heartedly recommend Nelson, and Matric Construction.

i had some bad experience with other contractors and i feel i need to get this story out to a few websites to let people know about how great Matrix construction is. i had a leak in my chimney and hired 2 different contractors to fix it over a few years. they both guaranteed their work and when the chimney kept leaking they both said that it wasn't the chimney and didn't do any further work because the work they did was "done right". i talked to the owner of Matrix Construction and Nelson told me he would get it fixed and if not he would come back at no charge and make it right, after reading the reviews i decided to trust him. he came out and did a great job but was very honest up front after the work and said "the other work done was done well and he couldn't be sure why it was still leaking so he had to completely redo the job so he could stand behind his guarantee" after about 6 weeks we had a few days of rain and sure enough it was leaking, i called Nelson and he came to look at it. he was stumped as to why it was still leaking so he got to work. he took my hose and started making fake rain and after many hours he finely discovered that the leak was coming from inside the chimney because of eroding bricks and trickling to the inside where the chimney meets my wall , he fixed it and resealed it and BAM no leaks for over a year and he still calls to check after a big rain as he did today. i could not recommend him more he is honest AND does amazing work.

His attention to detail and work ethic is above and beyond measure! I am so glad I was patient enough to fit into his schedule. I understand why he is in high demand. I was very impress by the craftsmanship and the professionalism that Mr. Pena provided. Even though he ran into a few compilations with the material orders, he was still able to able to provide a new re-shingled roof with all new flashing. Mr. Pena takes pride in his work and has no problems with you being on the job site to monitor the work in progress. Also he will provide photos of before and after the job and how he handles uncommon situations and the solutions in solving the problem in order for the customer to be satisfied with the finished product.

Nelson, the owner, takes great pride in his work. I hired Matrix Construction to reinstall our roof (1100sf home) after we noticed significant water damage resulting from some rain storms. He performed exceptionally well, truly exceeded any expectations I had, and the work was pristine. I am a licensed professional civil engineer and a Project Manager for a Heavy Civil Contractor so I have a lot of experience working in construction - Nelson is someone who I completely trust to do the job properly, and for a fair price. During the construction of the roof replacement, he even came to my house at midnight during a severe rain/wind event after I texted him in a panic thinking our home was going to flood - he secured all of the tarps on the roof and prevented significant damage. He even offered to repair any water damage that may have resulted from this storm even though he did not do anything wrong. It's hard to find contractors like Nelson, and Matrix Construction is the best value for your roofing needs.

The company replaced and repaired roofing with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. Pricing was more than fair considering the unforeseen damage present to the roof once work started.
