The dread of any homeowner is plumbing leak. When we found wet carpet, I immediately called Matrix. The employee team diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. We were actually relieved the issue was the drain for the AC, and the team cleaned the drain quickly, efficient and reasonably priced. I'll definitely call Matrix if we ever have plumbing needs.

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
Matrix Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service we have ever received. Office personnel Mona helped me every step of the way to replace our entire sewer line from cast iron to PVC. She scheduled my repair in a timely manner and was able to complete the job before the estimated time originally planned. Not to mention I was an hour drive from their main office. Scheduling was crucial due to the hour-long drive for Matrix to get to my house. They originally told me they would need two weeks to complete sewer line replacement. This included tunneling over 42ft, installing new pipes and backfilling all the dirt. Tunneling was completed in two days by Daniel and his crew. The plumbers (Team of 6) came in after and removed all the old cast iron pipe and installed PVC in two days. Once Daniel returned with his crew, he was able to finish backfill in a day and a half. I can honestly say these guys were working their tail off to get our plumbing back online. I have two toddlers that potty a lot! Matrix plumber’s are kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with answering all our questions. They made sure to explain everything to us and the service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major plumbing issue! I will also mention their bid was $8k lower than the other two plumbing companies that bid on the job. We definitely will call them again in the future. Had them outed to replace an outside spigot. They said they would not recommend replacement, rather replacing the interior, which they did not have a part that fit, so they retrofit something and put that in. The spigot is now difficult to turn on and off and does not feel like it is going to last...they were here for 46 minutes and cost $191 for that.

I am resubmitting my review, I had given Matrix 3.5 stars because they had the best prices and the responding agents were nice, but a watering system was damaged while moving dirt to cover the line or fixing the initial problem. I submitted my disgruntle review and after Matrix read my review they offered to come back and fix it free and they did. At the end of the day I am a happy customer, the price was the best and the customer service could not be beat. I recommend Matrix.
