Matt, did a good job of the overall design of our project however the final product has left me very upset. We paid the final draw on the project with the understanding that many touch ups needed to be done. Since then, we have found, our new shower does not drain properly, holding water in certain areas, caulking is missing, grout is missing, and many other cosmetic issues. It has been 6 weeks since he completed the job and now i cannot get a call back from him.

"After a long battle with COVID-19 virus Matt was diagnosed with a very aggressive Small Cell Lung Cancer that has spread throughout his body and is undergoing extensive and Disabilitating Treatment. He has promise to come back And finished all issues... Unfortunately Larry decided to give us a very low score. We are very sorry, we did such a beautiful job on his bathroom. Some people are just misunderstanding."

Quality in work is not there. Rushes too much so job quality suffers. Did not check plumbing before completing tile, then had massive leaks that required the opening wall to fix. A new toilet was not put together correctly so we had to disassemble and reassemble correctly. Spent a lot of money on porcelain tile only to have it installed poorly. Tiles uneven in many spots, uneven grout lines. Did not finish caulking around tub and caulking that was done was very sloppy. I had to remove sloppy and redid it much better myself. Overall we were very let down. We spent a lot of money and got a sub-par job.

"Unfortunately you purchased your own tile for us to install. Sorry you purchase unmatched junk tile from a cheep tile place.... all different sizes you must have gotten a close out deal. If you were not happy with the install you just needed to call and let me know. We would have come back and take care of any and all issues. You have a 100% satisfaction Guarantee from me...."

I had a wall that needed a little helping hand to put my new shower in and tiles on the wall . That suggestion which I never thought of that,he made it work and it came out tremendously good he worked pretty hard to take paper down in the second bathroom with new paint vanity sinks and facets. They cleaned up everything as they went did a great job and yes I would recommend him .
