Great Service

Mr. Canter was was not only fast in responding to my inquiry but he was so quick and efficient in installing my water heater that I wondered if he used magic instead of skill and experience. We would give him a 10 star rating. We went from dreading a possibly very expensive and time-consuming experience to being overjoyed with the end results. The heater works as promised and the price was the same as quoted before the installation. We couldn't be happier!

First, and very important, Mr.Canter arrived on time the day we had scheduled the repair of my kitchen plumbing. I had some difficulties with prior contractors not arriving when they were scheduled to arrive costing me valuable time from my tight home schedule.Mr. Canter pointed out the problems he saw that needed repair with a very fair price and completion time table that was helpful to me because I was on a tight schedule to have the work completed before guest arrived. I would strongly recommend Mr.Canter for your home repairs because he does a great job and is a very pleasant person to work with.

Mr. Canter arrived promptly, inspected the damage, and gave my wife an accurate assessment of the problem. Apparently, the source of the water damage was not bathroom plumbing, but a suspected roof leak. His recommendations for follow-on courses of action were greatly appreciated.

I really think Matt needs to retire. 2 handheld shower hoses put on backwards. When I told him, he did not want to know. Had to come back a 2nd time for a leak under bath cabinet. I felt overcharged for services.

Mr. Canter located and repaired a leak in a copper pipe. Once the leak was found, it took him no time to complete the repair! He responded quickly to my request for assistance, even coming out on a Sunday!

Matt installed 2 replacement toilets very quickly, and one of them had actually been grouted to the floor instead of being caulked. He also repaired another leaking toilet and tightened a toilet tank on yet another toilet. He was efficient, and offered some useful tips on another unrelated HVAC issue. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Matt again.

The service was great and the technician very professional and knowledgeable. My service actually involved turning a screw on the pressure valve and took all of 5 minutes. I was still charged the full $150. I understood in advance that this would be the base price for the visit, but felt that for such a minor repair I would be cut a little break.

Everything from response time to price to special needs exceeded expectations. Will use for any future plumbing requirements.

Appointment was scheduled for 1pm. Didn't show until 5pm. They did call to inform me of delays but schedule delays made me miss another appointment.
