We have used Mike and his crew before on replacing our water mainline, excellent job, very efficient. This time we had a clogged drain , did the job in the same workmanlike manner. Thumbs up

They responded immediately and came the same day to change a leaking water shutoff valve. Courteous and neat. Quick work. Will probably hire again for some upcoming projects.

Called them on a Friday and they said they may be able to get to it Saturday if not then Monday they would call and let me know. They never called I called them Monday and they said they could get someone out at some point they would have the tech call to set up a time which they just showed up with out a call. They looked at what I needed done and said they had to run to the store. When the tech came back he said he wasn't sure if what he was thinking would work so he was waiting on his boss to call him back. So set up for them to come back Wednesday. Tech said he or his boss would call to set up a time. I have not heard back from them so I had to hire someone else that showed up when he said and fixed my problem.

Came same day within hours. Fixed the pump without having to replace it saving lots of money. Only charged service fee of $125

Mike called me the same day that I submitted the request to HomeAdvisor. They texted me a picture of their recommended replacement faucet for my approval. Arrived as scheduled and completed the work — which included additional work on the drain pipe — quickly.

Mike called me immediately and came out the same day to replace my sump pump. He was professional and efficient, showed me pictures of what he had done since he was working in a crawl space under the cottage. So helpful, and a hard worker. Mike decided to do this job at 6 pm after a long day at work. I will definitely call him again!

My only nit was that they were an hour or so late but didn't give me a call and let me know. I would have given them a 4.9 overall for this job if possible. I was also impressed that they did not charge me extra labor to install the shutoff valve - said it was the same amount of labor as putting in the coupling which would have been needed anyway. Refreshing to have an honest tradesman who was not looking to gouge me. The work seemed to be done well with the high quality fixtures I asked for. They detected the original installation defects in the hose bibs and took care to be sure this was avoided in the new install. Will use them again.

Mike and Drew were great. They fixed the problem without having to open the wall. We are very happy about that.

Very timely response to my call. Very thorough. Left me feeling confident that problem had been addressed. Price is high, but we get what we pay for, right? Left some dirty foot prints.

The serviceman, Troy, actually called to let us know he'd be showing up half an hour EARLY!! He was professional, polite, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after he left. I will DEFINITELY use Matters Plumbing again. It is refreshing to find a company so customer-oriented as this one. Highly recommended.
