Even with living through the construction process your team arrived when they were suppose to and were very professional throughout the entire process. One could/should expect for their construction project to be done on time, but from what I hear from others this rarely seems to happen. Delays, issues with sub-contractors and the like all seem to be the unfortunate standard of the industry. Though your team pulled it off out a problem. The total job was finished 3 days after your completion time we discussed before the job was even started! I would consider this an on time delivery of the Job.
