Getting pool service in. Chicago is hard, so with Matthew does pools we thought we got lucky. How wrong we were. He was going to vaccuum and set up our pool filter. he arrived 3 hours early and started work in the pouring rain. He had this vacuum which poured water into my yard . The water reached over to our neighbors. Flooded about a 1/4 of their yard. I asked why didn't he put a hose out to the alley. We'll he got upset and found a hose. To little to late. I had already be known I did not like his service. He said I needed an o ring for the filter. Bought it from him. The filter is leaking even more than before he replaced it. He left the pool half empty. Than he tried to sell me stabilizer and other chemicals. 275. 00 later, pool still needs work, is not open or ready to swim and the pool filter he claims he fixed leaking water more than before.

Helped customers with recommending chemicals to get the pool clear where all it would need is a vacuum. Came out on a rainy day to assist the customer. Vacuumed the debris to waste. Saw there was heavy algae staining on the walls and assisted with brushing and skimming not apart of the vacuuming. Recommended chems to keep pool maintained. Asked the customer why the pool was not holding water and they said the filter was leaking. Removed top lid and noticed the old oring was enlarged. Luckily I had a spare oring. Lubed and installed oring and it locked into place. Unaware of any leaking hoses, pump seals, unions or air relief.

Matthew is very Knowledgeable and Great to work with. He'll try to work with your schedule as much as possible. He responds quickly when you need to talk to him. He's our go to Pool guy and we look forward to him maintaining our pool for the foreseeable future...

Unbelievably amazing service!!!! 10 stars. Matthew custom designed and plumbed our aboveground pool. He was quick efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Hands down best experience ever, worth evey penny and then some.

This guy is the most unprofessional person I?ve ever dealt with. Hired him for a cleaning and he left a mess after showing up 3 hours late. Requested another cleaning and he made two appointments and never showed up and never text or called. The worst! Don?t waste your time or money

This pool was black and algae filled, I have never had algae this bad clogging up my wacker neuson pt2 trash pump, vac to waste to the grassy area, tidbits on pavers to show customer. The pool definitely looked a lot better than if I had not been there. The next day with the chemicals it was better. It's been really busy and hard to keep up with follow ups but I guess my best isn't good enough.
