About us

Local Professional looking to provide a more attentive and personal approach to your survey project needs. Most of us never need a surveyor so in turn most people have very little knowledge of what and how we do exactly what it is we do. I take the time to inform you of that, to listen to your situation and offer you the best survey product and advice I can to best assist you. I have a quick project turn around time, usually 1-2 days. I also offer something most others do not, a licensed surveyor physically conducting your survey. Not from the office in a different city, but right on your project. I am also on of the very few Certified Floodplain Surveyors in the State of Tennessee. This means I have an in-depth understanding of the NFIP issues. If you have any questions send them my way. Please be as descriptive in the comments as you can so I can better assist you. Matthew researched our land before he came to survey. Showed up on time but had to wait for the weather to clear. After waiting for a long period of time and doing what he could in the terrible weather conditions we rescheduled. He was actually able to come a day earlier and completed the survey documents needed to close on our house by the original promised date. He was professional and very service oriented. I would use him again and recommend him highly.

Showed up when he was suppose to. He took the job on and completed it in a timely manner. He went as far as to contact previous surveyors and found an easement that I had no idea that existed. Great job and I would highly recommend Matt.

I had a complicated and unusual situation with an old survey for my new property. Matthew fully and precisely determined not only the root of the underlying issue but also took the time to fully address and correct the situation caused by previous mistakes from other agencies. He went above and beyond our expectations, was professional, knowledgable, and is a great problem solver.
