Matthew provided prompt and professional service. The requested boundary survey was completed and property line markers placed within a day of signing an agreement. I had not requested this type of work before and Matthew was patient and more than willing to answering my questions to make sure it was clear what work was necessary and would be performed. Acted quickly. Work appears to be excellent. Only criticism is that it took him 3 weeks to send me the diagram of his work, but that may have been a mutual misunderstanding. His prices were much lower than the other surveyors who quoted, and he was pleased to do the work.

Matthew was great. I needed a quick survey to satisfy a city inspector, and he turned it around in about 5 days. I think I paid a premium for the quick service, but Matthew was reliable, communicative, and friendly, and got exactly what I needed done.
