Matthews Pool & Spa, LLC

I have to say Matthews Pools is the most honest company I have ever dealt with. I spoke with Matthew in regards to my pump and operation. Matthew took the time to walk me through the pool system and allowed me to send him pictures of my system. Matthew never cut me short and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Mind you this was while Matthew was at another location. You do not find companies or people who honestly care about you. Sure Matthew could have setup an appointment and charged me but he knew I was in a tight spot with time and he helped me out. Matthews Pool and Spa will be the only company I do pool business with and in fact he will close out pool and add a heating system for us. If you are looking for an honest company and someone who cares about your needs please call Matthews Pool and Spa you will not be disappointed. Matt and his helper are fantastic. They came the next day and totally shocked and cleaned the pool then returned the following day and cleaned up everything that had gone to the bottom. Matt did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Matt is very nice. He did a good job on my pool. His orginal response to my request was really fast too. I just didn't realize that for the results I wanted I required a second visit. It added a little to what I thought was the total cost. Overall, my pool looks good now though.
