Service and repair of water well pump systems for drilled(deep)wells and bored(shallow) wells. We also install filtration systems. We install air purge neutralizers to raise pH, protect your copper pipes and to remove blue green stains. We install air purge carbon filters to eliminate brown stains and manganese in the water. We can pull a mineral water analysis to determine the quality of your water and give you recommendations for the filtration that you would need. Water analysis for minerals and radon. Water well repair and abandonment.Installation of high standard bored wells. Please note, we do not work on Sundays. If you call on Sunday, we will return your phone call and schedule the service for Monday. **Please note: We are not open for service on Saturdays or Sundays.Please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly Monday morning. Clay showed up on time, and was very professional, which is hard to find nowadays. He diagnosed my deep well system that was cycling every 10 seconds and gave me options of repair and system health status, and future recommendations. They diagnosed my problem, and repaired it in a very timely manner. I'm an Industrial Mechanical Engineer and have hired 100's of contractors, so when I say I HIGHLY recommend them and their service, it comes from a background of dealing with unreliable Contractors.

These folks are topnotch....from the customer service I experienced with Nancy to John the service tech that showed up (on time) at the house. The water is back on at the house but unfortunately the pump wouldn’t turn off. After a little detective work on John’s part, it was deduced that the water line from the pump house to the dwelling has a leak. The house is every bit of 60 years old and I’m sure that the copper water line from the pump house is original so I’m not surprised. If John hadn’t been thorough I’d probably be looking at a burned out pump in short order. Have yet to schedule for the water line replacement job but Matthews Well will definitely be doing the job. I wasn't sure how fill out the ‘Value for money rating’ as the big $$$ job has yet to be done but I feel confident I’ll be pleased.

The technician was prompt and apologetic for not arriving sooner. The technician was knowledgeable, intelligent, empathetic, sincere, courteous and highly respectful. I will definitely call them again without hesitation. I even received a call the next day from Nancy thanking them for using them and making sure everything is okay. This is unheard of in todays business world. We've just purchased a home and we've been having numerous no call no shows from companies who obviously don't want the business and should just take their advertisement off the yellow pages. Matthews Well and Pump have my highest recommendation and trust. Thank you Nancy and Matthews Well & Pump for your support.
