He showed late after calling and asking if I still wanted him to come and then didn?t do the service, said he would come back on Monday or Tuesday and never showed up after I waited those two days at home. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

This is a class act! Jordan was responsive, on time, very helpful, and . . . he offered to wear a mask when he found out I had severe breathing problems. All the other contractors I called never called back after I brought up a mask. I didn't even bring it up with him - he offered. So, add kind, considerate, and polite to this list. I am very impressed. He did a great job, too. I will have him back again and again.
