Im not going to recommend this contractor. Before I go off the deep end here I will explain. We hire them to come in and fix what another restoration company had tore up and then never called to come repair our home from a ruptured water pipe. Everything went off without a hitch in the beginning... We eneded up needing drywall replaced 1/2 way up our wall in our basement, the carpet replaced in the same room, carpet in our hallway, office and master bedroom. Plus our master bath was the main flooded area. Which underneath had carpet from the 70s eww mold from the pipe rupture. So they tore out the tub, vanity and left just the toilet. So remodel of our bathroom included a new tub and vanity, removal of bathtub stud framing to get rid of carpet underneath studs. The tub we picked was a one piece. It was pretty big. So we ended up having to modify the doorway to get it in the bathroom. That was fine an dandy we didn't expect them to fix that part as it was our choice to have a one piece tub after having an old one 4 piece tub rot out before my wife wouldn't take anything else. Back to the beginning so they showed up looked around and gave estimates. No measurements taken. When asked about this he said he had an app that gave measurements with taking a pic. This is our first ever home owners claim just to clarify. So we checked out the reviews on here and after already waiting almost 6-7 weeks and fighting with not only our insurance adjuster who dropped the ball we also never heard back from the restoration place who tore up our house in the first place. After squaring away Matts cubed with our new claims adjuster we signed a contract and the wait began to get the funds to get started. Fast forward from Sept - Oct 19th and we finally had everything ready to start. They showed up after 9am and got started and everything was fine. Throughout the first week and a half only one contractor showed up to install the drywall and flooring. Another showed up but wasn't there to help much hr stood around in my house talking most of the time or doing small things. While sanding the drywall in our basement, they did not put up any type of plastic, tape off vents, or even try to contain the drywall dust. It went everywhere. Then the flooring we decided to go with vinyl planks instead of carpet due to wear and tear of our animals and it was figured that carpet and vinyl planks could be achieved for about the same price if not less. So after a week the floors were done in our basement and office. Bit upon seeing that the plank seams all looked lined up. My wife looked up installing it. And found the didnt stagger the pattern. So we said something and they fixed it the next day. Mind you laying flooring before sweeping up the area they left alot of drywall, dirt and debre under the new flooring. Tearing out the tacking stripe leaving damage to our slab concrete floors. Laid the floors and were done. The following week while waiting for our tub to arrive. They owner showed up to see progress and wasn't happy. So some time at the end of it they finally get the tub after trying to change it to a shower due to the availability of the tub we ordered they ended up finding the one we wanted. The basement room look great I'll admit that. And the office flooring looked great. But then came the vanity, they brought in a vanity i didn't choose, it had no drawers as this is the only place to store say female items near our toilet. And they bought the cheapest one they could find at menards. It didn't fit our vanity top. So we tried 3 more also from menards. One that the contractor wanted to destroy and modify that was an oak cabinet. Then The ...

Was friendly, honest and very reasonable pricing.

Enamel paint was dripped on the hardwood floors, vinyl kitchen floors, paint dripped all over house where they worked, and the color is wrong. Parts of the floors were painted when they painted the base boards. None of this was cleaned up. If I could choose a lower rating I would go into the negative to rate this company. Master bedroom has a few holes that were supposed to be fix before painted, and were not fixed. Walls are not evenly painted. I am outraged that they company will not return calls to correct this issue.

Matt, Allison, and Greg couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. I really appreciate their work helping me out during the holidays to get our windows clean after our home renovation.

Have to watch they get paint all over floor when painting do not use enough drop clothes suppose to come back to finish my trim and have not called or came back it has been going on 2 weeks and have not heard anymore from them

Great! Professional Respectful Matt and his crew cleaned my gutters, power washed my house and deck, painted my deck and did my windows. They did a really good job taking care of everything. Their prices are very reasonable. Whenever I need anything done, whether inside my house or outside, I will definitely call Matt.

Windows had drips from the squeeze. Did not follow up with a clean cloth. There was pine sap on some of the windows, that they were unable to remove. They were in a rush to get to another job. Not pleased.

Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. Punctual and responsible. Would hire again.
