Matt is both very professional and very easy to like. He pointed out that what I had hired him to fix wasn't the issue, and that simply unplugging what was actually beeping, the problem could be solved and he'd not charge me a dime. Since I had asked him to stop to purchase new smoke detectors and mine were out of date, I told him to change them all out while I unplugged the CO2 detector that was doing all of the beeping. We shared a laugh at my not thinking of it possibly being that instead of a malfunction of the smoke detectors. Then he told me he had done another job where he replaced 8 smoke detectors because they were also all beeping only to find it was all being caused by another CO2 detector. Made me feel a little less stupid. Matt is good at his job because he's simply a good person. HIRE HIM. He's worth every penny of his very affordable price.

Matt has done several different projects for me over the past few years. He has installed a new seawall, which required him to get approval from the DEQ and follow their requirements, he has replaced siding that has been damaged from storms, he has done several landscaping projects, painted doors, kept my mowing equipment and golf cart in good working condition. I think he is capable of doing most any project that would need to be done. He has a lawn mowing service as well. I cannot think of any project that I have asked Matt to do that he has not completed well and timely. I would highly recommend him for his work and his honesty.

Matt was professional. He did excellent work fixing my piece of siding that had ripped loose from my dormer. It was a small job but was dangerously high on the roof. You would never know now that there was ever a problem. His work is fantastic! I highly reccommend him! I'm very pleased.
