Let me start off by saying Im super impressed with the install crew Malik, Andy, and Brian. This crew is very professional, personable, and works REALLY hard! Please be sure to convey this to whoever is in their up-line as they each deserve kudos for being great employees and representatives of Groundworks. I was also VERY pleased with our estimator Zaire, he spent a lot of time planning and adjusting to our needs/wants for this project. Very communicative. I highly recommend Groundwork?s!

We cannot say enough good things about the help and care Ernest Vigil gave us from the start of our crawl space project to the end. He returned our calls and emails promptly and helped guide us each step of the way. He went above and beyond when a problem arouse to find local help to quickly come out to help address and fix the problem. Mathew from Puget Sound Water Rescue one of the local company is a good company to have on call. And your team members from Georgia were outstanding. We have several neighbors who have watched the care and quality we received with ground works and have said they will be the first company they will call when they are ready to have work done on their homes. Matthew came out for our annual inspection and servicing this morning. He showed up on time, was professional, polite, well spoken, and worked in a timely fashion. He did an excellent job of explaining the results of the service, as well as giving us a detailed estimate on repairing our concrete in the future. Overall, Matthew's work was top notch and I'd give him a 5-star review. Thank you!

From consultation to completion the team at Groundworks handled our foundation repair with care and professionalism. Matthew came to the house and stayed to answer every question and explain every detail. He took the time to complete a bid while onsite and walk us through the process. (BTW their permitting department and financing through GreenSky really helped!) When the work started the first team of Alex, Iuni and Luis, were exceptional (they pier leveled the footing). We got texts the moment they arrived at the property and they got right to work, completing their part right on time. They worked as quietly as possible and kept us informed of the progress. The second team for foam leveling our slab and led by Daniel, got it all done in part of a day. They were also courteous and even helped move furniture. It is a huge shock to realize that one's home is in such danger with a serious foundation issue that will be very costly. But I have to admit that from the very start Groundworks was awesomely professional and impressive. The evaluation process was ultra thorough. Then the actual workers were beyond amazing. The communicated fabulously with me daily to keep me in the loop. What impressed me the most was how very hard these men worked non-stop during the days, often staying longer than five o'clock to finish the day's job. They were careful with my home and property and cleaned up after themselves. It is quite a relief that in this day and age one can trust and witness such a great company with professionals that have such a phenomenal work ethic.

Had Groundworks install a drainage system and sump pump in our home’s crawl space. Anthony and his crew, Jordon, Uriel, and James were Outstanding. It was a three day job. They were on time every day and worked their tails off each day. It was a muddy job in cramped quarters. They never complained. Anthony kept me updated on the progress they made each day. Anthony shared pictures of the job as it progressed. They cleaned up the job site each day. Anthony went over all the details at the completion of the job and answered all of my questions. The whole process was Great. From the initial inspection done by Kristy to the office staff and the installation. The communication was also Great. I highly recommend Groundworks for a complete and thorough job.

Groundworks did a great job getting us through the design, permit, and installation. The construction team, lead by Marcos, did a great job communicating with us what as the project was installed. They did such a good job cleaning and replacing the dirt that you?d never know they were here. Great job!

Charles, Ty W., and Ty G. performed beyond expectation. They finished the job ahead of schedule and communicated well throughout the entire process. I will definitely contract with them again for any future project.

Very informative. Clear and concise. Gave us many options. Daniel is a wonderful and honest person and was so helpful with our questions. The crew lead by Anthony, with Jordan, Uriel, and Richard did professional work. The finished product is wonderful and can already feel the results in the house. Would 1000% recommend. Just keep in mind it is a very messy job. These guys do the best they can to keep it clean

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the Groundwork crew and the encapsulation work are exceptional, so here goes. We have a pretty large crawl space under our 30-year old house. The team (Wyatt, Zane L. And Volodymyr M.) worked really diligently to get the 5 day job done. They managed a huge amount of cleared-out debris, and thoroughly cleaned up all of the construction material after they installed. No sign of any dust, garbage or debris after they finished the job. Not even a staple. The encapsulation looks fantastic and it's so nice to have the area dry, insulated and clean. Oh, and they were able to install the dehumidifier in a place that is easily accessible when we need to clean the filter. Just really glad we decided to do this. Wyatt S. Went out of his way to keep us well informed of when the team coming each day, when they took breaks and when they were going home at night. He shared progress photos each day and addressed all of my concerns. I've worked with many contractors and these guys are at the top of their game.

I just had the BEST experience with Groundworks, working with Brian Eames, and the crew of Alex, Iuri and Luis. My project was a big project consisting of installation of approximately 40 pier piles, pin piles and helical piles to my foundation, in order to better anchor my home to the bedrock (I live on a hill). I was EXTREMELY nervous about the project and planned for it for a year and a half. Brian consistently calmed my fears every step of the way, and each time I had a question, he took as much time as needed to give me all the answers and reassure me. When my project finally occurred last week, I was immediately comforted by the presence of the crew - Alex, Iuri and Luis. They were professional, respectful, kind, and explained everything in detail before they started on the project to alleviate any concerns I had. Gardner came to do an inspection of my basement and provide a quote. I had received other quotes that only provided for a single sump pump install at outrageous prices. He was very thorough, took two hours to measure, inspect, provided videos and explanations on everything, and the quote was shockingly affordable with so much more work I was ecstatic! I am getting a three sump pump with back up battery, and so much more for basically what the others quoted. And, to have the option to finance through Greensky was the cherry on top! If you are in King County, ask for Gardner @ GROUNDWORKS - you won’t regret it!

We had two crews working to address the water in our crawlspace. Thanks to David, Derick, Jordan and Sam, along with Wyatt, Tucker, and Quentin! And thanks to Kirsten for coming out initially and explaining the Groundworks approach. Though not new to the Pacific NW, we had recently located to the far NW corner of WA. The proposed work was finished in record time (and they managed to get us in a week before the scheduled work). This is no small patch but a wholesale addressing of the problem. It wasn’t cheap, but the thoroughness of the solution is keeping us comfortable and dry! Thanks Groundworks!

The inspector showed us pictures & videos of what the work would look like on completion, & explained how each solution would be installed. They tried to charge me more for vent covers until I showed them the contract covering this part. The foreman told me there was a reset button for the sump pump to be installed on an exterior wall, but they did not install it, instead said they would put in a service order. I haven’t heard anything about this issue yet. When they installed the moister barrier, they excluded the cement pads I was told it cost extra to have them covered. When I signed the contract, I was never told there would be extra charges for vent covers or cement pads to be covered. The contract I signed covered a complete encapsulation, but this is not what I got. This is a bait & switch. I would not recommend Groundworks.

Small post pier job. Told the two different estimators I?d like it level as possible with no further sinking. Two low spots the put in two beams. Around 340 sq feet. When finished the supervisor came in and I pointed out a small divot in .one area and a larger in the other. His response was to do this right you need a half a beam here and another there. I said no one had told me this! I called office Dec 11 talked to manager who offered to fix this for cost of materials. I said I paid you a lot of money and didn?t get it done right. He offered to lower a beam to fix the new divot in floor. Not a word from them to this date. No one ever said I would not be happy if they didn?t put in another beam and a half, nor this might make divots in other areas. They certainly didn?t say to do the job correctly you need to do xyz. I spent over 16,000 and did not get what I paid for. I?d say there was a huge misinformation problem, on the company end.

Steve and the entire team were fantastic! Steve was very friendly, came out quickly, gave an informed assessment of our sagging front porch and turned around service within 1-2 weeks time. Marcos and Eduardo did the job and even went above and beyond helping us cut back some stucco for a full finish/framing. Couldn’t be happier
