We had our basement remodeled by this team and the results are amazing. The space looks completely transformed and the quality of the work really shows. Everyone on the crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I especially want to shout out Dylan. Even though the whole team was great, you could tell he was constantly working and staying busy every single day. He was incredibly focused, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done the right way. It?s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work. Highly recommend this company if you?re looking for a reliable crew that truly cares about the results!

Quality of work very good.

Friendly crew. Cleaned up after themselves, asking to vacuum inside porch when new door installed. Some delay to deck start due to permitting issues between town and county but Mauck's Home Improvement was fine. Got the entire deck and door install completed in two days (including needing to leave 1/2 day first day due to rain). Would hire again.

I had Mauch Home Imp build a 16x20 deck on our townhouse. The deck is perfect and the workmanship is great. The crew was very professional and Jamie was always quick to respond with communication.

On going construction. Some weather delays; Great customer service and response. Willing and able to go the extra mile to accommodate , make changes and perform "extra" requested tasks.

Bad experience! Strung me along for 5 months. As soon as he got the $1,000 deposit check, I could not get a straight answer or time/job commitment from Jamie Mauck. It was always --I will be by on Friday-- or --Monday-- and when I would ask if he came by and any progress was made, it was --I will be back by on...-- Never any information about what he had done or would be doing, so I had no evidence that he ever did come by more than 1 time to fix the chimney. Every week I would text or call, and he would explain something - Illness, holidays, weather, fishing trips, you name it, as his reason for week after week of delays. I heard it all and got so tired of trying to get Mr. Mauck to do the smallest thing, I gave up and told him to refund my money. At that point, I am pretty sure he ran out and bought boards to use up my 1K deposit and left them in my yard saying payment/job complete. So, for 1K I got the chimney flashing repaired (he estimated the expense and work on that to be minimal) and some cedar boards dumped in my yard. The worst money I ever spent in my life. Also - do not believe this guy, he says contractors have a bad rep for taking advantage of others and he is one of the good guys - no, no he is not. He just talks a real good story. Also - I have given HomeAdvisor all texts and emails to reference, as he seems like the type who will dispute this, going by his rambling stories about other clients.

Construction continues. Had some weather delays. No problems encountered.

I am very happy with the work they are doing on my deck and gazebo.
