He was very professional and it only took him roughly 15 minutes to know what the problem was. He was thorough in his explanation and although we didn't need to order parts for the fridge, he guaranteed his work. He saw that all parts on the fridge worked properly. Our only problem was that someone in the house didn't close the door properly and warm air was getting in our fridge causing a defrosting issue. He could have easily lied and made up a problem that we were having, but he was honest and knew exactly what the problem was. Our operator error! I will use this service again should something else go wrong. Excellent service!
