Maui Solar Project (MSP) installed PVs on my brand new multi-million custom house in Wailea 5 years ago. Since then, I have had a number of things going wrong with the system but MSP customer service is absolutely terrible where I cannot get ahold of anyone to do the services. Everyone I worked with in the past is no longer there. Thought MSP would monitor the health of my system but they do not. Discovered 3 of my panels are not producing any electricity 2 months ago. Left MSP multiple messages but no one called me back. Tried calling again last week and their phone rings then hangs up. I have been paying an extra $200 per month on my electric bill and still owe $30,000 out of the original $33,000. This is after paying the loan for 5 years. This is totally unacceptable and wrong!

I can not say enough amazing things about Maui Solar- I did extensive research and am 100% pleased in every way. Even the electric company told me that they are their 'go-to'. Great work, great pricing, clear & helpful, awesome follow up and perfect in every imaginable way. HIGHLY recommended!
