We had a plaster living room ceiling that was beginning to fall down. Mauricio installed a new drywall ceiling complete with spackeling, taping, painting and new crown molding. They were efficient, neat and completed earlier than expected. I would recommend Mauricio for any drywall, painting or molding job.

Very quick and efficient.. love my new deck

I hired Mauricio to remodel my bathroom. Him and his team did splendid work! I am very pleased, and would defiantly rehire him in the near future. Given my work hours, I was unable to supervise the progression of the work, but was completely amazed at the end result. He and his team saw my vision and made it a reality. They have exquisite taste and are truly professional!

Mauricio and his team delivered their services with an expertise and professionalism that has met every expectation. Their knowledge, capability and work ethic far exceed the scope of what is often considered handyman tasks. In this case, the job essentially entailed constructing a decorative and practical means for an installation of a chandelier in a concrete ceiling. It is my pleasure to be able to report on the exceptional result giving me every reason to shout out MAUIBA for home improvement projects!

We hired Mauiba Construction to remodel our 1-bedroom apartment into a 2-bedroom. We could not have been happier. The result is stunning but what matters the most is that we received an outstanding support from Mauricio and his team during all the renovation project. They have been listening to us, been ready to make adjustments whenever needed and have been able to provide us with advices which turned out to make the original design even nicer. Mauricio cares about what he does and about the work quality. He will put everything in place so that you'll be satisfied. I would definitely recommend Mauiba construction and hire them again for any projects. Reliable, quality-oriented, communicative and friendly team!

Job was on time for a good price. Improved the house!

They are very professional with excellent prices and great results.

We started our renovation with a different contractor who did a horrible job and we have to let him go after wasting money and time. We got so lucky to meet Mauricio who helped us complete the project in an incredible time without any impact on quality. work included: two bathrooms (floor and shower walls tiling), new vanities and toilets, kitchen backsplash, island cabinets and retouched/fixed the previous contractor work. I highly recommend Mauricio, Carlos and his crew, they're very friendly, honest, hard working and get the job done on time and the right way.

Mauiba Construction tiled a basement floor and re-grouted the kitchen tiling. The team of workers were courteous & diligent and they did good work. Mauiba worked with me on minor adjustments to the job and we proceeded. I would hire them again.

Friendly and helpful

My project required a great deal of tailor-made solutions whose materials were directly decided and procured by me. Even without an interior designer interface, Mauricio and Carlos worked very hard to take up the challenge and make my initial vision come true. The project had some hiccups in terms of certain technical details that had to accommodate the reality offered by the unit under renovation (e.g. limit on the electrical load, wood works finishing) but, despite the 10 days delay the project run into, the results were delivered with a quality level far above the average. To hire again.

Impressed by Mauricio and Carlos, they take customer satisfaction seriously. Very good at explaining my options and pricing, on the whole they did a good job, but some things not as good - mirror and cabinet had to be redone, little things were missed out like the toilet roll holder they just forgot it, but in every case they were very prompt to fix it without any fuss. I think the fact I pointed them out will mean they'll be more careful in future. I would recommend these guys and hire them again.
